Yes she is overrated like Ranbir.

Alia is over rated...Kareena can act

She is not beautiful per se
But her acting is quite good now

Acting she is alright in it...

Looks wise I find her average... Was never wowed by her face.

She's not as beautiful as she used to be. The charm isn't there as before. It's either age (or her jaw-line surgery that many suppose).

As an actor, no - she's phenomenal. Kareena has always been a great actor. She just needed proper guidance from her directors. Movies like K3G and MPKDH, where she hammed as hell, both movies went overboard with the emotions (although I still like K3G). Then, you have a movie like Chameli, Jab We Met, Talaash, Heroine - and she was brilliant in each of them. In Talaash, she stole the show and we had arguably the best mainstream actor in India today opposite her.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I find Kareena absolutely stunning. In an industry where every other person has had some procedure or the other done , she is a natural beauty man. But then again beauty is subjective and the same goes for art. I think the issue with Kareena is not that she can't act , she is a fantastic actor but it's just that her choices at times don't even allow her to scratch the surface when it comes to her potential as an actor. I thought she was amazing in JWM and Omkaara. I haven't seen Chameli or Dev but have read about her being darn good in those two as well so I think at the end of the day it comes down her movie choices. I really liked her in Bajrangi Bhaijaan as well , even though her role doesn't have that much potential at all , her screen presence is one that you can't take your eyes off her when she is on screen so I do think the girl can act darn well , it's just that she is a bit inconsistent and that has to at times do with the projects she has chosen as well.
