this association will not only mark Kareena's
entry into the International market but will
also mark her much awaited television

An insider in interaction with Hindustan
Times spilled the beans stating, "The brand
was keen to have her on board as she was
not only well known globally but was also
very popular in London, UK. She shot for two
days for the ad, taking home a cool pay
packet of Rs 12 crore, which is unheard of.
She is definitely one of the highest paid
actors bagging this sum, if not the highest."
Although we dunno how reliable is this
report but if at all Kareena has been paid a
bomb of Rs 12 crore then whoa! Whatta a
brilliant deal...
Elaborating on how the channel zeroed
down on Kareena for this pricey
endorsement, a source further added, "It's a
well-known global factual entertainment
channel and they had approached Kareena
during her pregnancy. One of the main
reasons is her connect with the global
audiences. She is quite popular in the UK, a
country that she visits often with her hubby
Saif Ali Khan. When Kareena was
approached for it, she also felt it was a
perfect fit for her. She has seen her buddies
Salman Khan and Karan Johar connecting
with the audiences on TV and felt this was
the right time for her to be seen on the
small screen."
