Finished watching it last night. Stayed up late to watch both epis back to back. Seeing the reaction at Soompi and DB, I was a bit disheartened and I thought I wouldn't like the finale. But after watching it, I surprisingly loved it and I was in tears throughout. It's bittersweet but I think KES gave us good ending. Maybe the best possible ending within the context of the show. I was sad that the four of them couldn't be together and KS became lonely after the three of them passed on...but in the end everyone got what they really asked for. KS chose to remain a Goblin instead of going to the afterlife and be reborn. Sunny prayed to be with GR in the next life. GR prayed for forgiveness. ET prayed to be with KS for every lifetime...and we don't if it's KSs first life even if he has lived for over 900 years...maybe it isn't his first life. I can see why KES took this route and gave it an open ending. Maybe at some point God will grant him mortality and he was happy in the end. I don't think anyone else is truly immortal besides the deities.

It's the first KES drama that I loved and I'll miss it.

I used to like Gong Yoo before but I was neutral towards him. I have become a hardcore fan now. This drama sealed the deal for me. Lee Dong Wook was amazing in this. I only ever saw him in Blade Man before...never saw his other works. What an incredible actor he is. I'll miss their epic bromance. I almost wish they'd do a spin off with GY as the warrior and LDW as the king.

I loved KEG in CIIT and in movies but I didn't like her as Eun Tak at first. The characterization and her the way she played her at the beginning wasn't working for me. But she made up for it towards the end and I eventually liked ET too and KS-ET as a couple.

Yoo In na was really good and so was Sung Jae. But both were underutilized and I wish they had more screentime. The actress playing the Lady in Red/Samshin was amazing. So Hyun and Min Jae as the young queen and king were great too.

Loved the OST as well. After CIIT, this is the best Kdrama OST for me.

U wrote this shows closing speech and u wrote it so well . Frankly speaking i have not been watching Goblin past twoo weeks. Will watch remaining episodes peacefully sometimes later.😊

i am one of those strange people who first try to find drama ending and then watch it ,so that they do not have to put much of their brain thinking of next track .

Still sometimes few drama and actors make me break my rule which i thankfully break😆

I didn't like ending.I wish they both died and met in heaven rather than waiting for each other every time cause I felt soo bad for Kim Shin.I will miss this show for Goblin and GR. The OSTs aresoo good.
