Life is a journey across time , dappled with a variety of experiences prompted by circumstance, belief and relationships people are associated with. How and why one takes the expedition is subject to one's own person. In the episode we are shown Vividha decides to trek an unknown strategically demarcated territory. One wonders just what is she in search of? It has to be of vital importance to her as she puts her very status in question . The Pakistani ambassador wants to know how she qualifies her capacity? She is made to realize that she is not a next of kin of the missing Indian army officer Captain Ravish. Its true in that she is not a wife, a daughter, sister, or mother of the missing in action officer. Yet Vividha has strong convictions that as she puts it , she has wronged many people and as such her mission is find the missing officer to prove her innocence. Thus Vividha embarks on this mission to seek out Ravish and give evidence by bringing him home that she her presence is not jinxed. She has to show Suman in particular that her regard and gratitude for all Ravish did for her and Atharv is heartfelt and sincere and not a whim of insensitivity towards Ravish s sentiment. The drive within her to seek , retrieve and restore him to his mother is so strong that it becomes a do or die situation for Vividha! What baffles me still is the question, is this perilous journey going to answer the question for us and Atharv .. that Ravish is the man her heart beats for??
Something tells me I will have to travel a bit more through this fuzzy facts track to get to see clarity at the end of the tunnel. Still have to say that in these travels I get to meet the bold ,intrepid ,dare devil Vividha. Cvs are on a roll to promote the significant presence of female power. For was it not Suman yesterday with her accusatory blame game hurled at Vividha ? Suman's manipulative assertiveness was enough to make an untrained non army personal go out looking for Ravish , to wash of her guilt. On the other hand, have to say, Vividha has enough fuel within her which charges her to begin the journey , push past red tape obstructions , and embark on it, without facts or figures regards her destination. It's like an optimistic activist grips her , that spurns all negativity of how, where and when will she find Ravish ? is thrown to the winds. But this she is aware off her journey is going to be far from being a bed of roses ,in fact the threat of streams of blood hangs around her ! the presence of a stalking evil eye, and the stranger who warns her a curfew is enforced and she needs to return home.. well Vividha is far from home and had made a choice to leave home and not without a worthy cause too..Her journey despite her enthusiasm and clarity of purpose is not devoid of the feeling of desolation , which one feels in hours of need for some clue ,sign or way out that points to the road that leads to Ravish. Thus in our hour of need we turn to our own personal deities. CVs ,in the episode played a popular song revered by the Muslims to illustrate that the image of pains face, is the same universally. It is unbounded by individual faiths, or borders. For when strikes pain all humans react similarly as humans are united in their basic sentiments. In moments of helplessness , they all well may turn to their faiths, beliefs or the goodness that resides in them for solace. The quest for prayers being answered is the same..the need the desperation we humans before our deities.. all humans are defenseless and in supplicant and request position before their god . They all tend to put forward their requests to the divine being to be granted. Thus we see that all in need ,go beyond any specific faith and unite under the banner of human emotion ,that which blends in with the message of all faiths.
The scene between Vividha and the Muslim girl from Jammu & Kashmir was a positive message for Muslim Indian nationals. Her genuine care for Vividha's safety is symbolized by her tying a taveez, the sacred prayer of protection on Vividha's wrist and Vividha accepting the gesture. Vividha s remark that she was an Indian who grew up showing reverence and credence to Khawaja's Chisti's shrine at Ajmer where she was from.. this also adds a goodwill note of the spirit of religious tolerance. Mind you.. here too Vividha allows the woman to assume that Captian Ravish whom she seeks is her husband . why does Vividha not clarify the matter? Does she fear that people may wonder why if she is not his wife .. is she putting her life at risk ? to save him??? Her quilt that Suman lumbered on her comes out in her words.. she has to find Captain Ravish as she has hurt thousands of Hindustani's and finding him is to give them respite..a chilling admission done so by Vividha to wash away the blame Suman held her accountable for. That Vividha wronged the nation by prompting his kidnap by her ill auspicious presence.!
Finally Vividha offering prayers at the temple of goddess Durga, the goddess of power and strength ..some how despite her prayers for Ravish's safety and her contrite pleas to the goddess for divine guidance to seek him, Vividha herself to me is portrayed in the goddess's avatar. Vividha is seen in action as the multidimensional goddess who manifests herself in many forms like goddesses, Shakti, Amba, Sati ,Parvati to name her few forms. Goddess Durga , remains the mother of the universe and the deity believed to be the power behind the work of creation, preservation, and destruction of the world, in the Hindu faith.
The episode had some fine examples of outdoor shooting and adds the apt flavor to the current story plot.. also this episode belongs to Shivani in role of Vividha .. notably the two male actors were missing to give more significance to vividha's rather bold journey into unknown dangerous terrian .. the precap looked action packed.. hamlet53 6.2.17
