Kasautii & DMG what are the similarities?

Other than the superhit jodiyan of these two serials...

Didn't that 'I hate you' scene remind you of a very similar one between Prem & Mukti, When Prem realizes he is (madly) in love with Mukti & goes to confess, he follows her to this tree (corners her) and says 'I love you' and she replies 'I don't love you' and he replies but I LOVE you (etc)?

What do you think?

More than the PM scene, I felt this scene was taken straight from the film Khamoshi - dialogue for dialogue!! The PM scene was in a class of its own, mind you, so I didn't even register any similarites when I watched this one 😆 😆

Do you mean Sanjay Leela Bhanshali's Khamoshi? With Manisha and Salman. I really don't remember anything like that in the movie and I like that movie a lot. Could you please elaborate? or is there other movie with the same name?

I agree. I mean I don't know what scene in Khamoshi you are talking about, but about the PM scene holding it's own entirely I agree. This scene was very nice too, but I never saw the similarity.

RE: Khamoshi - I could have sworn there's a scene on a bell tower between Salman and Manisha with the whole "I love you, I hate you" thing going on....maybe my head is playing games with me and I'm thinking of another movie 😕 but that scene was definitely the first thing that came to my mind as I watched the ep!

I would agree with Vasu di but it did remind me of PM *Dreaming of PM*

But PM were unique and so were AR...uncomparable!

Similar scene was in Dil To Pagal Hain. Not the final confession scene, but a scene during play rehearsals. Maya (Madhuri's character in the play) keeps saying that she doesn't love Rahul (I don't remember the name of Shahrukh's character) and finally hugs him crying.

OMG! I thought I was the only one who was reminded of PM! I was like watching it and like a light bulb idea PM came to me 😆I was like omg omg prem-mukti prem-mukti!!! lol.
