Not to contradict Harneet but Annika herself asked Shivvay... "you would take a bullet for your responsibility???"
Shivvay taking a bullet for his parents, Dadi or Brothers I understand, he loves them, but Annika does not come under that umbrella if he does not love her. It's just what I think though.

Shivvay loves Annika and is hesitating to admit it OR has not yet realized it I can understand but viewing her just as a responsibility is a little difficult to digest

He is not in love ? God help us
