Human beings hold immense power in their tongues in terms of breaking or making relationships. The power of verbal language is a valuable tool used to express and convey our sentiments . Positive words can retrieve tottering relationships, while cruel words can bring them crashing down. Further to the latest two way conversation betwixt Atharva and Vividha and the almost spoken at conversation between Sujata and Vividha. Apologies are in order, showing understanding of another's smarting. Sujata is fair judge of scenarios and another's sentiments. She realizes where the young are expected to respect their elders. The elders too need to be seen to give support to their children and refrain from exerting unduly aggravation to the young ones under their wings! Hence without further ado Sujata tenders her apology to Vividha for being short sighted about her hesitation towards marriage.
Let normalcy prevail.. so she can land on her two feet firmly on the ground . His qualm interferes with her smooth landing.. Vividha tells him in straight words. For Atharva it's actions that are needed in this instance to stop her tears from trickling out... his arms just close around her.. actions speak louder than words... depart not from my life..
Children learn by the example set before them by their next of kin. The son emulates the mothers example and follows suit. Not that he hadn't felt the pinch that he had stolen some of her peace. So now Atharava gives the verdict, for all to hear. Vividha will be given credence.. her preference, readiness for marriage, consent will be taken into account before the marriage goes ahead. In actual fact its putting into practice the vows he had spoken, about their love .. a liaison of willingness rather than obligatory force! He highlights a vital necessity, the woman's consent in the holy bond of matrimony, free from coercion of any form. As the judge he further decrees no further discussions on the subject till the wave of the green signal from the girl! Atharava thus attempts to off load his beloved Vividha just to see her light enough to float..in their love! Rather than be bogged down by empty rituals she went through before in the name of a marriage of convenience? or bizarre turn of events?
In the meanwhile let familiarity and regularity occur !follow routine , and move on. This seems a sensible enough solution. But for Vividha, she looks for him in every situation ...nooo! its not a weak dame thing changing a bulb bayonet or screw-on! it even throws, me! Help is at hand.. the ladder is a means to reach out to help her no matter what it takes , fight life ,avert destiny ,in this case , ascend the rungs to assist her. The fused bulb , symbolizes Vividha's lack luster emotional state. Only and only Atharva can bring back light into her bleak, dim ,grim life! she watches him from her balcony and recognizes his business like aloofness.. yes its part of his tack of giving her space and not smothering her with .. marry me! and now! But in every turn of events rolling by Vividha , he's there to sort her life! simple day to day things, ranging from her obeisance , to fixing her punctured bike! It's her spirits he aims to restore , provide for her the air of her willingness to live yet again for their love!
Atharva is one whom she looks to for fulfilling her every need.. and he does so. Their reaching out to each other, looking out for each other, is a fixed habit like the Rudraksh around his wrist! Their match is that of the sacred beads and the string incomplete without the other !! its decreed by the mighty Shiva! Vividha looks down at him from the balcony was she being hard on him on? While he goes about fixing everything about her , around her! .. giving guidance, assistance .. Amused he looks up at his lady from the yard. He recognizes now, recent events have turned her life topsy turvy like the book she peruses, less on the text and more so on his pottering about person in the yard! He corrects her tongue in cheek.. wot a lassie! he chuckles...
Process of birth! The emergence of new life from the womb of a female animal or woman! The pains and contractions the female feels, just before the final culmination that brings about the miracle of life! Gungun in labour ! Vividha too wants to do something useful, she too wants to be involved. But vet Atharva prefers she'd rather not watch . she won't handle it.. and then words of wisdom from Atharva .. its humans who need animals ! not vice versa.. animals are guided by instinct , the sense of nature. Nature teaches them how to take care of their needs.. hunt for food, survive weather conditions, predators and to multiply .. not only that as Atharva points out they fulfill our needs too! Here he refers with fond affection towards Gungun, a mother symbol for him, also a revered animal in his faith. To me , Atharva points out a big fact that man and beast are set apart by the power of reasoning. Whereas humans have been given the gift of reasoning and choice. Animals follow the call of natural cosmic order worrying not for food and shelter just following the primordial force. Nature is their teacher. However humans follow the dictates of the heart and mind , and thus are responsible for their actions , both good or bad!
Gungun's wailing..indicative of the animals pain. Finding solutions can be an excruciating experience following trauma .. like wise in the episode Vividha in pain seeks out answers .how best to bury the unpleasant past and move ahead with Atharva .. like the cow she too labors and toils for some signs from the heavens .. where her soul can decipher which route she needs to take? The birth of the calf symbolic of continuation of life.. is sign enough for Vividha's soul, that it was the very act of Gungun giving birth before! that she first came across Atharva and the repetition of the same act .. conveys to Vividha that after laborious trials of her life, the deities bless the continuity of her bond with Atharva and deem fit to see it culminating in marriage! Like being born again out gushes the calf symbolic of their reignited love .. the waters of her doubts have been broken and yet again its Atharva the gods have chosen for her.. their love continues as an expansion ! not as a contraction..
No point in wasting time, the divine message is loud and clear. Birth of new calf! And now Vividha's unequivocal word ! yes! for marriage to Atharva ..
Before he could take it all in, an axe ends up in his back. A stealth figure wipes off his hands of a job well done. Target is to axe progressing bonds between Vividha and Atharva like before . Where the positive exists, like the birth of the calf, co-exists the negative too like death! As seen in Shiva's three pronged trident, life is surround by both good and evil on either side! Sujata's reborn , rejuvenated calf is attempted to be smitten again! Vividha has picked up positive tips from the army officer.. in trauma state.. prime factor is to stay calm don't panic! It grips and numbs the rational.. focus on problem solving! So totally in command of herself Vividha gets down to business! i.e removes the axe , stops the bleeding. Arranges for him to be whisked off to the hospital! Such irony ,earlier Atharva was trying to spare the gory details of Gungun s labour from Vividha . assuming she will swoon.. yet silently from a distance she had admired his stoic fortitude ,his total focus on the precarious task at hand. Vividha absorbed it all in and now applied all the knowledge she got from Atharva in an emergency situation . Such is their relationship , teaching, tutoring ,supporting and extending each others personalities! Has the best of both brothers rubbed off on her too? or empowered her a bit more than she was before?
The Question that riddles all, is who wants to harm Atharva ?? render him spineless. Vividha has her suspicions about one who is fanatical about their union..
Little does the lowlife know that one whose spine is held upright by the powerful palm of the vibrant ,lord Shiva , all harm against Atharva with be averted and Atharva will live to smite the wrong doers! But only when the mighty Shiva stamps his feet across the universe and sounds the damru to announce meting out justice to the righteous and damnation to the evil ones. ..t that can happen.. yet till then, the blessings of the gods are with Atharva and Vividha , two souls ordained to be united into one entity... hamlet53 28.1.17
Really balanced episode , with both positive ,negative and grey areas entwined together. Such is life. The line ,just when one is smooth sailing.. a storm brews up threatening the boat with keeling over. ..
precap is alarming ,but I guess we know who dunnit? Well so much so for story writers, twists, turns, diversions in the plot..its part of the game to frustrate us..and bend our elbows to watch what next?
