Impressive architecture, indeed! I wonder if this church dates back to centuries. It does have a more historical esthetic. 😳

Wow ! Beautiful pictures 👍🏼
It's architecturally aesthetic both on the outside & inside.
Love the paintings ...makes the inside look so bright & beautiful . The chapel looks grand.
Just looking at the inside, it does not seem very old...my guess..when you look at the railings above.
But you never know...it could have been built earlier & later renovated
Thanks for sharing Dazz 😃

I think it has been renovated in more recent times, Mish. 😊

I had read somewhere that Kareena and Karisma also visits this church along with Mallika...

Also read somewhere celebrities offer prayers to Haji Ali and also to Siddhivinayak before beginning any new work or new release...

@Mag - Thank you for giving details about this church. It helped!

@Mish - You are a brainer, figured out why it is called Mount Mary- Didn't click in my mind... Good job!

Ami, you are right. I have not heard about Haji Ali, but they sure visit the famous
Siddhivinayak Temple either before a new show starts or a movie is released.
I remember watching MiSha's IV which happened in front of the temple. Mishal did most of
the answering while Eisha being the newcomer was relatively quieter.
