I am not sure about ravish-Atharva bond yet, but what I saw from the small clip is Atharva may take some time to accept him as his brother, but when he will he is going to love, care, protect ravish more than he got from ravish in earlier stages. At some point he subconsciously has started having that big brother care that's why instantly stopped when he saw that ravish was defenseless and broke down.
