This is the sequence as per my thinking
1.tanshi seperation for sometime in which tanu will get close to manavs daug and rishi spend his life missing tanu badly and thinking why tanuja did this..and rano acts as if she is in wheel chair
2.after leap
Rishi somehow come to knw that rano did drama to seperate tanshi and tanuja was never did anything he may hear convo between rano and divya or rano and baani
3.He will search tanuja everywhere but will not be able to find her and he starts repenting for listening to his mom and everyone in family starts cursing rano for taking away rishis happiness
4.rishi will get to knw tanuja is at manavs place but when he meets her tanu lies to him tat she is manavs wife to save him frm danger
5.rishi again goes into devdas mode but soon he will get to knw that tanuja is lying
6.i feel like manavs daug may have some disease where she may survive only for some years so manav asked tanuja to act as his wife so that b4 something happens to his daughter he want to see her happy so tanu agrees
7.but his daug get to knw tat tanuja is not her mother but will get possessive for some time as she wants to see his dad with tanuja b4 death but in the end she will realize her happiness lies in rishi so during marriege it may happen like kuch kuch hota haiš
8.or b4 marriege rishi some how takes tanuja home and his daughter needs her badly and rano may not let manav to enter BH which will lead manav to claim his rights on BH as illegitimate son to save his daughter as she needs tanuja and nobody can stop him frm entering and if he is ranos son she will suffer or if its raj's then also she will suffer
9.and this way jealousy track will start as tanu believes manav did this for his daughter so she will be good to him as she knws rano very well and rishi thinking manav claimed his parent now trying to take away his wife..and since manav is good friend of tanu her bonding will be more stronger than tanshi as he supported her during bad times and rishi left her on streets when she needed him badly
So she may share her happiness with him
She may do late night talks
She will prepare food for him and asks him to review it
They both will take care of his daug after seeing which rishi imagines himself in manavs place
They both may go for a walk ignoring rishi as she wants to stay away from rishi
