This week starts off with Armaan getting an accident in the bike race. He loses his balance as Atul tells him that Ridz has no interest in him. Remembering all the moments he spent with Ridz Armaan falls off his bike and gets badly hurt. He is taken to Sanjeevani and is assigned as Riddhima's patient. Sanjeevani has a New Years' Eve party. During the party, Riddhima goes up to the terrace. Armaan comes slowly walking towards her and asks, you were waiting for me, right? Riddhima, shocked to see him tries moving away but he keeps moving in closer. He tries to have a dance with her but Ridz tries to move away. Armaan tries to get her to confess that she loves him but she leaves from there. Padma advises Riddhima to clear her misunderstandings with Armaan before it's too late. Riddhima finds it hard to treat Armaan as she gets all nervous when he tries to get her to confess. All the interns except for Armaan gather in the locker room to get their stuff. Riddhima goes to her locker and takes out a picture of her and Armaan during the garba event. She imagines Armaan next to her who brings her to sit on the bench. He tells her to say what's in her heart. She realizes it's all a dream as she looks around seeing all the other interns. She cries and admits to herself that she loves Armaan. Shashank announces that the winner of the IOTM will be titled to be monitor for a week in place of Dr. Keerti and will be the one to give out duties to the rest of the interns. At the IOTM function, Armaan is announced as the winner. All the other interns are shocked hearing this. Armaan tries to make Riddhima confess to him again but Riddhima stays quiet.
