Given now the reviews are up, mostly trashing the film.

I have not seen the film but indian reviwers were praising how dp did well and is not doing just a flowerpot role.

But there is lack of deepika and her role mentions in hw reviews where some had made 0 mention of her and majority only mention her name in ensemble list once in paragraphs of full reviews

Whats going on ?

Most of the reviews are about only and only Vin D..The film is trashed and most members didn't even got mention

Couple of foreign press reviews mentions Serena. From them I dont think DPs role is cut..

Indian reviews mostly praise her because of the sentiment - it's a powerful thing 😆

And it's not a bad thing, for me also if there was anything good about the movie, it was my Deepamma :)

My reply was in the context of DP's role cut.

Rest I guess Vin D movie has its own audience who goes to theatre only to see him and his type of action

I saw a few people from US praise DP, they said till yesterday they did not who she was and now they like her. So I am guessing her role is not cut short. Let me find out and tell you 😃

Yes in Indian version she had a good chunk of role.

xxx 1st part made good money, 2nd part did not have Vin. Since he is back in 3rd I expect it to do well in US. Worlwide can be good too since they have cast from all over the world.

The sci fi film Pitch Black was a hit aswell

The sequels flopped though.
