I feel so emotional😭 sad and happy at the same time. The Glass wall journey has finally come to an end today. I am not sure, if I am happy with the kind of writing I did in last parts, how it ended. I wanted to make big plans for Glass Wall Updates after marriage of RagNa. Maybe show some bonding time of RagNa, or something;reason for delay of the updates. But when I re-started this FF updates after long break, I felt whatever I write will only drag the story. That would have just postponed impending ending; and then I wouldn't have known how to end it! I am sorry for whatever shortcomings in the story, writing or anything of this story. I love you all and thank you my EMA family members. you all accepted me in my first FF; The Glass wall and made me apart of you. I always say, EMA forum is the best forum; was the best forum I've seen. Most friendly, sweet forum; thanks for giving me opportunity to present this story.
I will make changes in language or anything of story, last part of this FF if it isn't okay enough. Now presenting to you, the Last Part of "The Glass wall: RagNa FF"; Part-28. Sorry for any errors, mistake as I haven't checked much.
PART-28 (LAST)
"Taai!" Kalpi's face visibly brightened on seeing the only lady ever to give her real motherly affection. Surprised yet overjoyed, Kalpi looked back at Raghav who had by now come to stand by her side.
"Toh yeh tha mera surprise?"(So this was my surprise?") She asked Raghav happily.
"Of course, ek beti ke liye apni maa se milne se bada aur kya surprise ho sakta hai" (Of course, what can be the bigger surprise for a daughter than meeting her mother?) Raghav answered with a smirk. "Aur mujhe pata hai ki tumhare liye Mom kitni important hai. Ab jabki sab theek ho gaya hai, Mom ko security mei rehne ki zyada zaroorat nahi padegi. Jab tak Sahil Kapoor ko jail na ho haye, bas tab tak aur intezaar karna padega. Par aaj ke din, meri Mom aur tumhari Taai hona chahti thi apne ghar par, apno ke saath. Apni nayi bahu ke swagat ke liye, wo dekho" (And I know how important Mom is for you. Now when everything is alright, there is not much need for Mom to be under the security cover. We just have to wait till Sahil Kapoor is jailed. But this oone day today, my Mom and your Taai wanted to be at home with her loved ones. For the welcome of her new daughter-in-law, see) saying so Raghav showed Kalpi the pooja thali' in Gauri's hands.
Truly so when Kalpi's eyes fell on to Gauri's hands, she saw a pooja thali'. Her Taai was ready to welcome her daughter-in-law.
With one free hand, Gauri gently caressed Kalpi's cheeks, "Meri beti, main bata nahi sakti Kalpi tujhe apni bahu ke roop mei dekh kar mujhe kitni khushi ho rahi hai. Humesha se tujhe apni beti jaisi manti ayi hoon. Aaj bhagwan ne sach mei tujh ko meri beti ke roop mei saup diya. Tu meri beti, bahu sab kuchh hai Kalpi. Aur main apni bahu ka swagat khud na karu ye kaise ho sakta hai bhala? Der se hi shai, par koi bhi rasam adhoori nahi chhodungi main. Tujhe har wo izzat, pyar doongi jiske tu layak hai." (My daughter, I cannot tell you kalpi how happy I am on seeing you as my daughter-in-law. I have considered you my daughter always. Today God really made you my daughter. you are my daughter, daughter-in-law, everything Kalpi. And I don't welcome my daughter-in-law myself, how is it possible? Even if it is late, I will not leave any ritual incomplete. I will give you every respect, love which you deserve) Gauri's words fell l like molten chocolate in Kalpi's ears and she could not help but hug her Taai tightly. Shedding tears alongside, in extreme happiness, Kalpi let go of every emotion she'd been feeling since past few hours in that hug.
While Gauri hugged Kalpi back with one free hand and caressed her hair, Raghav stood cross-armed with a satisfied look in his eyes. After all, it was after many years he'd got a family; he'd got the word family' back. Words could not describe Raghav's state as he took in all the sweet changes lately in his life. "All because of you Kalpi" he thought gratefully and gave a loving look to his wife, still in the embrace of his mother.
"Thank You" he uttered in his mind and closed his eyes to keep this image in his brain forever.
Just then Gauri's voice interrupted his thoughts. "Come Kalpi beta, grih pravesh karo"(Come Kalpi dear, it is time for your grih-pravesh') she told Kalpi, placing a kalash/pot on the door. She'd got everything ready to welcome Kalpi again, in a proper way. Kalpi nodded her head and happily obliged. With her right foot, she gave a push to the rice-filled kalash and stepped into the kumkum thali; while Gauri had already done her aarti.
Seeing Raghav looking at Kalpi transfixed, Gauri pulled his ear and brought him in too. "Tu kya dekh raha hai? Abhi toh shadi ke baad ki rasamein baaki hain. Ab main aa gayi hoon, toh sab kuchh hoga"(What are you looking? The rituals after marriage ceremony still remain. Now I am here, so every ritual will be done) Gauri said while Raghav's eyes alighted naughtily. "Sab kuchh toh ho gaya, ab kuchh aur ho na ho, mujhe koi farak nahi padta" (Everything has been done, now something else happens or not. It doesn't make a difference to me) he said sending his warm, seductive gaze Kalpi's way. She blushed on understanding the hidden meaning of Raghav's words.
"Kya?" (What?) Gauri asked.
"Umm, kuchh nahi Mom. Aap rasamo ki tayari karo, main aap dono ka saath dunga"(Umm, nothing Mom. You start preparing for the rituals. I will support you both) he smirked while again looking at Kalpi. Unable to meet Raghav's eyes, Kalpi hastened her speed to match Gauri's. Inside, Raghav and Kalpi were happily surprised to find Sammy & Pakhi, Sammy's parents Chhaya & her family already there. "Tum sab?" (You all) Raghav asked, unable to understand if he was happy or frustrated.
He was happy and frustrated both at having this whole family together for celebrations. Frustrated since he knew that he won't get alone time with Kalpi..."for the next twenty-four hours" he muttered in his mind, looking up at the roof, shaking his head.
He was forced to come out of his thoughts on receiving a loud slap on his shoulder by Sammy. "What?" Raghav snapped at Sammy, while going to sit on one side of the thali' with milk, water and rose petals mixture.
"Kya what...what? Mujhe sab pata hai, tu humari bhabhi ke saath akele-akele time spend karna chahta hai. Kyu bhabhi...theek kaha na maine?" (What, what...what? I know everything, you want to spend time alone-alone with our Bhabhi. Bhabhi...I am correct right?) Sammy said, redirecting his question at Kalpi who started looking here and there, with reddened cheeks.
"Par ab toh tumhare paas ek dusre ke liye...laaamba time hai; zindagi bhar ka. Jitna tujhe janta hoon, mujhe pata hai, bhabhi ko tu kisi aur ke saath waise bhi zyada nahi rehne dega. Le jayega akele apne saath; yaha nahi toh farmhouse. Farm house nahi toh kisi aur ghar...aur use pehle toh abhi honeymoon bhi baaki hai bachchu. Abhi tu apni honey ko kuchh der hum sab ke saath bhi rehne de; aur moon-night ke khyalon se bahar aa kar rasamo mei saath de" (But now you both have enough time for each other; for life. Whatever I know about you, I know that as it is you will not allow Bhabhi to spend much time with someone else. You will take her with you; if not here then to farmhouse. If not farmhouse then to some other home...before that honeymoon is still pending. For now let your honey spend some time with all of us also; and coming out of the thoughts of honeymoon night, give company in the rituals) saying so Sammy ended his rant; earning only a hardened glare by Raghav.
"Sammy..." Raghav said and Sammy closed his mouth from saying anything more.
All this while, sitting on opposite side, facing Raghav in everyone's presence Kalpi was a mixture of happiness, peace, gratitude and shyness. Smile hadn't left her lips for the first time in a long time. Teasings hadn't left her back too, with Chhaya and Pakhi on each side of her tickling her, asking naughty questions. "Sab pata hai humein, teri smile ka raaz. Bata na raat ko kya hua?...Ya, kuchh hua bhi ki nahi?'"(We know everything, the secret of your smile. Tell na what happened at night?...Or if something happened at all?) Chhaya teased Kalpi who almost coughed out in embarrassment.
"Kyu pareshan kar rahi ho Chhaya humari Kalpi ko. Uske bolne ki kya zaroorat hai, uska laal chehra hi baa raha hai ki kuchh nahi bahut kuchh hua. Kyu...theek kaha na maine Kalpi?" (Why are you bothering our Kalpi, Chhaya? What is the need for her to say something her red cheeks are telling that not something, a lot has happened? Right Kalpi...I am correct right?) A giggling Pakhi said. Raghav shook his head on looking at their naughty friends. Clearing his throat, he addressed Sammy's parents, "Waise Uncle-Aunty ab toh sab theek ho gya hai na. Ab toh Sammy aur Pakhi ko bhi humein honeymoon par bhejne ki tayari kar leni chahiye. After all, uska haq mujh se pehle banta hai honeymoon par jaane ka. Kyu Kalpi, tumhara kya khyal hai? Kar dein in ke liye Switzerland ki booking?" (BTW Uncle-Aunty now that everything is alright we should start preparing to send Sammy and Pakhi to their honeymoon. After all his right on honeymoon is more than me. What say Kalpi, what do you say? Should we booking in their names for Switzerland?)
Raghav winked at Kalpi and she smiled gratefully at him, "Umm, mujhe lagta hai, in ke liye koi beach resort theek rahega. Switzerland toh Pakhi ne kitni baar dekha hoga...waise bhi use shorts, swimsuits, bahut pasand hain. Bahut khush jo jayegi woh Sammy ke saath waha jaa kar, akele-akele" (Umm, I think a beach resort would be appropriate for them. Pakhi may have seen Switzerland many times...besides she loves shorts, swimsuits. She will be very happy to go there with Sammy, alone-alone). Kalpi gave Raghav full support in pulling Sammy and Pakhi's legs. "Bhabhi...aap bhi!" (Bhabhi...even you!) Sammy complained, while his parents agreed with Raghav. "Tum sahi keh rahe ho Raghav beta. Ab sab theek ho gaya hai toh is ki planning bhi ho jayegi." (You are right Raghav dear. Now that everything is okay, even this will be planned) they said and Raghav gave a winning look to Sammy.
Their little exchanges stopped only when they saw a crossed looking Gauri standing there. "Main bas pooja ka saaman lene gayi thi" (I'd just gone to take things for pooja) she said in fake anger and made everyone sit straight for the upcoming rituals. She made Raghav and Kalpi do the mandatory pooja first; and then took their rings to drop them in the milk, water, rose petals thali mixture. Raghav and Kalpi were made to play the ring game, in which Raghav had a gala time playing with Kalpi's fingers while searching for the rings. Naughty smile had never left his face; just like his eyes hadn't left Kalpi's face. All of them a celebratory, happy day while Raghav arranged for invitations to be send for their wedding reception, which was to be held after three days in one of Singhania Group of Companies' own seven-star resorts ,outside the city.

"Raghav, where are you taking me?" Kalpi asked as Raghav led her blind-eyed. They were in their home, Singhania Mansion and within that mini-Palace it was a mystery where Raghav was taking her.
"Hush!Kitna bolti ho tum. Thoda chup nahi reh sakti?" (Hush! How much you speak. Can you not remain silent for just some time?)Raghav admonished Kalpi jokingly.
She pouted and complained,"But..."
"Chup!Bas thoda aur intezaar karo" (Stop! Just a little wait more)he replied."Okay" Kalpi said and sighed. Raghav tightened his hold on her waist as Kalpi shuddered at his touch. A few moments later, they came to a stop and Kalpi waited for Raghav to remove his hand from her eyes. "Open your eyes" he whispered in her ears and stepped back.
Kalpi gasped seeing the visuals in front. The backyard of mansion with lawn was lit with lanterns and candles. Lanterns hung from trees while candles decorated green grass. Flowers' fragrance filled the twilight atmosphere with peace and a small table was kept in centre. Flower vase decorated the table and some pani-puris were placed there too. Kalpi turned & looked at Raghav lovingly, overwhelmed, curious.
His hands in pockets, Raghav came to stand in front of Kalpi. Taking her both hands in his, Raghav placed kisses on top of her both hands. "Kalpi, you are the one who brought light into my dark life. You brought me colours & smile. In fact you are the heart of my otherwise dead life. Without Kalpana, Raghav is incomplete. I know you are already my wife. But the walls between us didn't let me fulfill my wish. I couldn't see the joy on your face when I asked you to be my life-partner. But now I can and I am. Kalpi...my life, my wife, will you be my partner for life; in all our sins, good, aims and efforts to make our small fistful of sky beautiful?...Will you?" His eyes full of love, Raghav took one step back. With one hand still holding Kalpi's, he extended the other towards Kalpi for her to hold.
Her eyes glistening with moisture of happiness,a few teardrops left them. Unconsciously Kalpi took a few steps towards Raghav. She held his extended palm and hugged him tightly. Keeping her head on Raghav's chest Kalpi murmured,"Yes." Her voice was so low but Raghav heard her still. He embraced her close to him and kissed her head.
He led her to the pani-puris,and before Kalpi could take hold of one Raghav stopped her. He picked up one of the pani-puris and took out something out of it. In the light of lanterns, a beautiful and delicate ring glistened. Kalpi's eyes widened seeing this. She looked up and saw Raghav smiling. He slipped the ring into Kalpi's finger and murmured while kissing her cheek, "Happy Wedding, Mrs.Singhania!"
Kalpi giggled and for the first time since their courtship, showered Raghav's face with kisses. "Happy Wedding to You Too,Mr.Singhania" she said, holding the arms of the love of her life tightly

In the personal suite of Raghav in Singhania Group of Companies owned resort, the makeup artists were giving finishing touches to Kalpi's makeup even as Raghav looked on in amusement. He himself was ready and had decided to wait for Kalpi in the bedroom of their suite only. After all since watching Kalpi was his most favourite thing to do; "What better time to watch your wife than the night of your own reception!" he'd thought.
So, here he was watching a nervous Kalpi, wriggling her hands together while her make-up saw the last finishing touches. For Raghav, she was the most beautiful woman in the world already. In her orange-green designer lehanga, Kalpi looked breathtakingly beautiful. Yet, she was not aware of her own beauty, Raghav knew that. Her nervousness to meet high profile people from Raghav's society for the first time as his wife was taking on Kalpi's nerves. Raghav shook his head. His Kalpi will always win and always make him proud, was Raghav's inherent belief. "And even if not, we will grow together, learn together, support each other together" he vowed to himself.
Their work done, the makeup girls soon took Raghav & Kalpi's leave to which he responded with a nod of his head. His gaze was now completely transfixed on Kalpi's reflection. Her eyes gazed back at him with love, in haze. Locked with each other, their eyes spoke the language of love as Raghav came to a stop right behind Kalpi.
"Kalpi", Raghav muttered, keeping his hands on her shoulders. Raising one of his hands, he pointed at Kalpi's image in the mirror; then kept both hands on his heart, passed a flying kiss in her direction. Her eyes danced with happiness and she squeezed Raghav's other hand. "Sab theek ho jaega, ab darna kya jab hum dono saath hain" (Everything will be alright. Why be afraid now when both of us are together) he said to Kalpi encouragingly.
"Aur agar nahi hua toh?"(And if it isn't alright then?) asked Kalpi with her eyes wide, making Raghav chuckle and shake his head. He made Kalpi stand and face him "Nahi hua toh, hoan padega, Raghav Singhania ki khushi, yaani tumhare liye" (if it isn't alright then it will have to be alright, for Raghav Singhania's happiness, i.e., you)
"Achchha?" (Is it so?) Kalpi asked teasingly; and he replied with a smirking "Haan" (Yes). Now overwhelmed with love for him, Kalpi placed a soft hand on Raghav's stubble, taking in his handsome form. He was dressed in blue-green sherwani; looking ever so vibrant and dashing. Standing close to him, Kalpi gently brushed her lips with Raghav. "Mujhe pata hai, tumhara saath hai Raghav toh kuchh bhi mushkil nahi" (I know, with you by my side, nothing is difficult) she told Raghav, placing her forehead on his chest, content in just being there with him.
"And I will always be there with you now" Raghav replied, held Kalpi's hand, preparing to introduce Kalpi as Mrs.Kalpana Raghav Singhania to his friends and associates.

Smiling softly, standing by Raghav's side Kalpi's face reflected heartfelt joy. The reception had been going on much better than her anticipations. It helped that the venue was not a closed hall but the wide lawns of the resort, near the beach. Bulbs, lights, white, pink and red colored flowers complimented the moonlight and lights blessed by stars on the guests and newlywed couple. Media and every guest present all had complimented Kalpi on her beauty and grace. Both their families too were present there, so was Chhaya and her family; Raizadas.
Pakhya was content being near the snacks and food table; noticing others only on being interrupted twice by Vithal and Chhaya. "Tu yaha bhi shuru ho gaya? Kuchh toh sharam kar,ye teri behan ka sasural hai"( You've started here also? Feel at least somewhat ashamed, this is your sister's in-laws home) Vitthal had scolded Pakhya. "Kya baba, Raghav bhi koi paraya hai? Kalpi ke pati se pehle woh hum sab ka bhi kuchh hai. Dekho na kio kuchh nahi kehega. Gauri Taai bhi nahi" Pakhya had tried to explain to his father. Vitthal had just shake his head in disappointment in response, saying, "Tera kuchh nahi ho sakta" (Nothing can be done with you). The second time, Chhaya had noticed him gobbling dinner, made a face and moved away; Pakhyav had merely shrugged his shoulders in response.
As for Chhaya, she was very happy for her best friend. Seeing the light of a thousand stars on Kalpi's face, told her how happy Kalpi was. Chhaya and her family hadn't been more grateful to God before as together they watched a happy Kalpi, whose hands were seemingly glued to Raghav's. Her eyes found Raghav again and again, even as they attended to the guest and accepted wishes. More than that, now Kalpi now had the love of three houses, three mothers, Kamla, Gauri and Chhaya's own parents.
"Waqt bhi kitni badi cheez hoti hai na dad" (Time is such a big thing) Chhaya had said to her father. "Just look at my friend, just a few days ago everything was finished for her. Now Raghav is again a part of her life; for life. I am so happy dad, I am so happy".
Her father sighed happily, held his daughter Chhaya close to him, and replied, "I am also my child, I am also. May God bless Raghav and Kalpana always" he said.
Sammy and Pakhi's new found love was also founding a way under the moonlight here. As they kept fighting their attraction for each other; sometimes avoided each others' eyes; sometimes found their eyes locked with each other.
Coming to Gauri, it was quite some time now that the world had remembered and acknowledged her as Late. Mr.Singhania's wife. After all the trauma and drama, this was her first biggest public function. Yet the love for her children had overpowered any other feeling of anxiety or over joy. She was content for the first time in years; as her heart prayed again and again for a happy life of her children. "Bappa, mere bachchcon ne bahut takleef jheli hai, wo bhi akele. In par apni kripa humesha banaye rakhna" (Bappa, my children have suffered a lot, that too alone. Please keep them blessed always) she prayed.
Slowly the function started coming to a happy end. Many guests left for their homes while some chose to stay there for the night. Raghav had already got some rooms booked for family and friends, as the resort was away from the city, if anyone chose to stay.
The media had got what it wanted; the guests had received what they wanted, big share in Raghav-Kalpana's happiness and some clicks of Mrs.Raghav Singhania.
Later as the beautiful night seemingly came to pass, Raghav and Kalpana had found their entire world. After seeing off every guest, as they together stood alone under the moonlight and lights of the earth surrounding them; Raghav and Kalpana's fists were tightly interlinked with each other. Their eyes were raised above, to the sky; their gazes unrelenting. The peaceful music of their breaths filled their ears, while Kalpi rested her head on Raghav's shoulder. He draped his arm around Kalpi, kissing her temple.
In the end, the deal already sealed by the skies above; the gift of Raghav and Kalpana's dreams given to them was accepted by their dazed hearts; as they kissed each other under the blessings of the sky-Gods. The interruptions in their lives now were also going to be as welcoming according to Raghav & Kalpana, as their new life. Since now, it was only their close friends, and family who'd be there with them, just like at that moment. Jadhavs', Raizadas, Chhaya & her family suddenly and unexpectedly made an appearance together with a photographer; for a joint family picture. Raghav and Kalpi were the centre of their worlds as all three families and Gauri surrounded them; and the moonlight cast a special blessing on the pair. The photographer clicked this special moment in his camera over all the voices of "Cheers" & "Celebrations".
As the shutterbugs of cameraman's camera closed, Raghav and Kalpana looked all around them. The flutter of their eyes conveyed by their silent communication that all the glass walls had broken between them now forever, maybe!
