Don't worry the bank and your money ain't going anywhere. RBI with the help of CBI will only punish the employees involved in the scam(exchange of currency). Investor interests will be safe guarded.

Dont worry about money..RBI wont cancel licence.

On general note, whenever there has been turmoil earlier eventually big banks acquire the turmoiled bank after RBI gives directive. so no money laundering happens in India
