Karol chose her husband over her friend...I don't blame her for that coz spouse is more important than anyone but there could have been better ways to handle it...but that would mean expecting way too much intelligence from her...neither she nor Karan are that smart

Ahh that's his usual trick , Sensationalize everything to get the Attention.

He really uses his close friends for his benefits , if really doubt if he considers any Industry ppl abt whom brags as his Close Friends as such . If that was teh case , he would have atleast respected the Relation and wouldn't have done mud-slugging and put the put under the Bus .

She may be at fault , but dude where is the Respect of tat Relation?? Atleast for that Keep your mouth shut and behave like a Mature Person ...

Ahh too much to ask from KJo .

Seriously, if faced with this dilemma what would people do ? Are people who support KJO Mahaan or delusional to do so and choose other company over their family company or a friend over a husband ?? 😕

I see Kajol fans creating this false straw man argument and it makes absolutely no sense. Nobody expects Kajol to choose anyone over her husband because that's not realistic. But that's not what she was doing. She was explicitly participating in the mudslinging and dirty tricks of her husband which is a different thing entirely. They both together made Yash Chopra's death an even more terrible time for his family by accusing them of bad business practices and dishonesty and maligned the man's reputation. These people were her friends and responsible for some of Kajol's biggest movies from DDLJ to Yeh Dillagi to Fanaa but she had no respect for that either because at the moment all that mattered was to make Ajay's movie a hit by hook or crook.

They had even filed a court case for the *same* practices for bundling movies and getting better theaters that Ajay does himself with his own movies and had done before as well. It's a regular practice in BW and he was acting like some hypocritical crusader while Kajol was his public chamchi when she could have easily kept quiet and maintained some respect for her old relations. (And yep they lost the case too but it's a media trick to get out the nasty headlines towards others because the real court results won't come until months later when people won't even notice it. Mission accomplished!)

She did the same with Karan Johar. Ajay always stoops low and plays the honest crusader as if everyone except him is corrupt. They tried to set up a sting with KRK and made public accusations. Ajay gave interviews about it and again tried to malign someone's reputation and his chamchi came immediately to tweet for him.

Nobody's asking her to choose KJo or expects it but they can accuse her of being an opportunistic jerk who has no problem kicking her old friends in the teeth if she's going to gain something out of it. She could have easily let Ajay go on his usual rants and kept quiet publicly and displayed some maturity and consideration for her old pals. But she didn't. Now KJo can say whatever he wants about her because he too owes her nothing, especially not silence.

Are you talking about friendship KJO? Do you really think discussing the reason of fall out in public and gossiping about your friend at a party or openly in the book or expecting your so called friend to discuss her personal matters in national television in your classless show is friendship, at least that is not my definition of friendship.

This guy! 🤣 If the relationship was so important to him, why is he sprouting all the details about it around the world? It seems that he wants kajol's attention more than anything, especially because it seems like she has just moved on with her life while he is stuck in a limbo. Just... I have no sympathy for him. Yeah, sad that he lost a friend, but what kind of friend does it make him to go around defaming kajol everywhere? Heck, he is promoting his book with her name. For all his whining and snobbery, karan needs to go learn CLASS first! This is NOT how a "good" friend would have behave if they lost a genuine friend through disagreement. This is how a mere 11 year old teenager would behave.
