She didn't say anything wrong.
The person who had insulted Indian music directors and singers in the past is Atif Aslam. Don't know why some producers/directors/actors give him chance to sing in their films when his voice is so bad that it hurts my ears. Even the participants of singing reality shows can sing better than Atif. Atif's voice in his recent song 'Pehli Dafa' and his Rustom song,'Tere Sang Yara' was so bad 👎🏼

I saw one of the most anti Indian Pakistan serial I had misfortune of seeing. The actors were saying what was appealing to their audience. But being Indian it hurt. This is one of the issue when you have stars from countries who are not in good terms. Something like this always resurfaces.

The serial was Gaddhar reverse where Pakistani girl gets into Indian border followed by forced marriage and good measure of Punjabi rape thrown in. This was gist of the story line. I lost count of how many time the main charecter was raped by Hindu men. And there was fawad's wimpy male protagonist who falls in love and marries another Pakistani virgin.

Mahira added a disclaimer that inspiration should not come from India because they are not Bollywood which seem mild comment and in terms of what she said it justifies. She was fake laughing a lot at the host's comment. It was a very ackward watch.
