Can I hit both Prashant and Yash in the head for making that bet, as if Aarti is not a person but some sort of commodity. Prashant claimed to be in love with her yet he betted her. And why? Because she was very uptight.
Yash, who was a playboy, how could he miss the chance to melt the heart of this ice princess, who was not at all affected by his good looks and charming personality. The more time he spent with her, the more intrigued he was. To the extent that he ended up falling in love with her.
The kind of life she had led, had made her create this wall around her. He managed to break that wall. She was engaged to Prashant, yet she ended up falling in love with his best friend. Only to find that both friends had insulted her in the worst possible way, by placing that stupid bet.
She lost her heart, lost her dignity, lost her everything because of that.
I wondered how could she forgive Prashant so easily and not Yash?
But then in a way she too had cheated Prashant by falling in love and then sleeping with his best friend, Yash.
It had become difficult for her to forgive Yash cause he showed her dreams by making her his. He showed her dreams of a happy family that she never had and always craved for. Only he ended up breaking those dreams and in the process, her heart and trust.
He fell in love with her, only to lose her. One good thing that he did was to stop her from marrying Prashant and thus from committing another mistake.
He didn't force her. Gave her the space but helped her in every possible way during her pregnancy.
Bee for me the best part of this story is where you showed Aarti's insecurities after the birth of Payal. She had lost self confidence. She was not sure if she'll be able to love the child as a mother should love her children, cause she never got that love. The one man whom she loved had betrayed her in the worst possible way. She could not trust anyone with her heart. She could not trust herself with her own child.
What I loved the most in this part is that you showed that Aarti took professional help to overcome her fear. That was so realistic. Hats off to you for that đ.
Once again Yash gave her the space that she Needed. Only this time a mother understood her situation and guided her. Loved the way Gayatri helped her by giving her right advice and proper guidance. Because of Gayatri, Aarti was finally able to accept and love her daughter the way a mother was supposed to be.
Another good thing is that she heard Yash's confession. Which led to venting out all the pent up emotions and finally accepting each other's love.
Another beautiful piece from you. đ
Once again thank you for sharing this beautiful story with us đ¤
