I don't know about others but I don't like to explain why I dislike/like certain characters, just like I don't want to explain why I don't like Rajma. We are all insightful people, and discussing characters whether it is criticism or praise promotes discussion in the forum, and that is the main goal of this board-to TALK about characters.

No matter what vandana and suman's intentions are, they were wrong on many levels and that is what we are discussing-the wrongness of the actions. Janvi may be mentally ill, a typical battered woman but it does not hide the fact that she RUINED maya's life-that is what is being discussed. we are only discussing each character and their layers, and unfortunately many characters on this show has made bad decisions despite their good intentions. The purpose of india forums is to conduct healthy discussions about shows and its characters. Criticizing a character does not mean we are bashing, and no this place is not only for praising either.

I completely agree with u. The opinions of some people here are largely biased towards Maya.

I agree wth unnecessary criticism and hate...
But if we dont criticize a charachter , discuss thier postive negative points thn what will lft in this forum?? What we will talk about??
Charachters are made to be hated and to be loved... Various negative iconic charachters are still remembered bcoz ppl hate him with depth... Ppl are just discuusing thier points. What one feels wrong about vandu suman thy point it.. Some members evn appreciate thier doings...
For example, whn vandana refused to give maya blessings thn members here thought that to be wrong so criticized it.. Some evn gave justifications for her..we are disliking vandana charachter abd not actor playing vandana..
In evry shw ppl connect wth few charachters and so dislike charachters harming thm... We discuss that views on a forum and thats what make forum active..
People get involved in a show..so thy involve wth evry charachter and so hating and liking becomes natural.. If one accepts evry charachter as thy are not getting any feel for charachters, thy are not involved wth show..
In beyhadh, evryone connecting to maya, its natural for thm to dislike injustice done to maya.. Similarly saanjh supporters feel same for saanjh.. .
And i diagree that charachters supportng saanjh are the only one abuses.. Prem is not dislikes by many.. And maya mother jhanvi is also hated though she is not saanjh supporter..

Crticism, likes and dislikes are what make show popular. Or else ppl are not just interstesd... Whn any charachter does bad thy r disliked, but whn same does good deed thy are appreciated as well... Good and bad is according to evry member opinion so i cant say about that..


Saanjh is the only one that gets unnecsary hate.. And thats just bcoz she is part of love tirangle. Ppl see her as threat to arya relation so she is hated...so mayne her good deeds are ignored...but rest none of othr charachters gets useless dislike.. Suman vandana same action r appreciated by few, whereas disliked by few.. And thats discussion whtether thy r right or wrong increases activity of forum...


But, i firmly state that i donot agree wth actors being hated due to thier role..ppl hating aneri are taking hatred to nxt level.. That i cannot comment bcoz ppl unreasonable hatred cannot ne cured.. Thy better be left ignored..

Maya on the other hand, despite being grey shaded, is quite bearable compared to even Arjun and hence I don't find any faults in her character as she's supposed to be grey shade and I started watching this show thinking she's negative.

I wanted Saanj to be Arjun's friend and even though she has feelings for him, to not be delusional but at one point she became too irritating when she went to Mauritius and started assuming the proposal would happen. I completely blame the CVs for making her character this way as I wanted to see atleast one positive female in the show but Saanj's character was not the way I expected it to be. Yesterday after a long time, I appreciated Saanj and actually saw the reflection of the character I wanted to see (sensible and strong). I've myself supported Saanj whenever anyone said Saanj would turn negative or she is one with Ashwin and would plan and plot against Maya. In the family, I like ONLY Ayan as his character is even better than Arjun as well as the actor does a good job.

Overall, I would only say that whether positive or negative characters are shown, they should be logical and most of the characters in the show are quite illogical except for Maya 😆 I don't support her wrong deeds but she keeps me intrigued to the show. Hope I don't appear biased but this is my honest opinion.
