Manveer further told Lopa that the girl he was in love with went on a date with him once. They went to the local dhaaba and had halwa puri for breakfast. Girl complained that Manveer ate all the cholay ki tarkari like a horse. Later Manveer took her to show her his tractor. They re-enacted the famous scene of DDLJ where the girl ran towards him like Kajol and Manveer was standing like SRK with his arms spread open. However as girl was approaching Manveer realized that he had stood on gobar so he went down to clean his shoes. The girl after realizing that she has traveled a lot and there is no SRk there..opened the eyes and realized she was heading to the tube well. She put a brake on her but it was too late..she ended up in the well. Manveer then looked for her shouting like crazy.
After she dried up both went to nearby stall to have gannay (sugarcane juice). Both were laughing and sitting. Unfortunately one of the ganna slipped from the storage area and landed on manveer's head. After resting and recovering both headed for lunch.
Manveer took her to a fancy dhaaba..the best in town. On the menu was sarsoon ka saag and makai ki roti. As both were nearing the dhaaba..Manveer realized that his scooter's brake failed. The motorcycle was heading for dhaaba .. it was moving towards a charpai where people were sitting. Like a brave man the girl expected manveer to save her first. However just at the end ..Manveer jumped of the bike and now girl on back seat was heading towards the charpai with no driver. Luckily people were decent enough and they moved out of the way but girl ended up on the charpai.
She had enough but she gave him another chance...
It was time for high tea. High tea was at teela (hill) nearby hence high tea. Manveer took her to there and ordered chai with gol guppas and vada pau. They started with vada pau and it went fine. Manveer and girl were taking chuskis...sipping tea that i,e. Suddenly there was a loud sound as a train was passing by..Manveer got nervous and his hands slipped and gol guppas were flying in the air. That was fine but the water was in air too. It went all over the girl and she became drenches in gol guppa water
Girl was anger by now..she asked him to drop her at home. enough is enough
However on her way back..she fell sympathy,,,she saw a bhola in him..she saw a masoom in him..poor guy trying his best..gaaon ka seedha kannaya...she was in love at that time.
Both arrived at girl's place...however to her surprise Manveer wanted a kiss..as shown in movies..she was taken a back..he moved slowly towards her just like in the moves..he came near and near...
The girl took a step back and unleashed a slap on Manveer's face. It was a powerful one..His gaal were moving few ms after the impact..He asked why...
She said..i tolerated everything...all ur foolishness...but at least now u should have brushed ur teeth before coming to kiss me. I cannot tolerate the smell.
She shut the door on his face...Manveer was dejected. He went back..he never loved anyone again.
