As for the slang that Annika uses, I have seen well educated businessmen use cuss words. People on social media use the "F" word all the time. So that is not indecent because it is supposedly "cool" for them to do so, but Annika can't use slang in front of someone like Shivaay, who himself is so disrespectful towards others?

I don't know whether Shivaay has fallen in love with Annika or not, but to say he can't fall for someone like Annika is being too practical to be honest. Firstly it's fictional show, we have fictional stories of "Beauty and the beast" and what not where unimaginable stuff happens. Then Shivaay can fall for Annika too as she is the only woman in the right sense who he met, who not only had the guts to answer him back but also saved his family members' lives time and again. Secondly, when does Shivaay even go to work that he would think about introducing his wife to business people lol. Lastly, in real life too people poles apart do fall in love. Shivaay and Annika are similar in the way they fiercely love their siblings or how they have this crazy 'tashan' that makes them keep arguing with one another. If you ask me even that much similarity is enough for two people to connect and grow a liking for each other.

In future once they both realise they love each other, maybe Annika would try to be the person that Shivaay wanted as a life partner. Maybe Shivaay would also start becoming a part of her crazy antics like he joined her in Kajra re or ate away the paneer Butter masala, just to hide the fact that she can't cook well. No individual can change completely, neither should theybe expected to. Love is not about changing one another, it is about accepting the flaws and loving anyway (No am not saying that Shivaay should be forgiven easily, just a general statement)
