Fans of Zee TV serial Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani (Sphereorigins and Invictus T Mediaworks) will soon have to gear up for major twists in its story line.

According to latest reports, the show will see some high voltage drama between Nawab Iqbal (Iqbal Khan) and Raja (Sartaj Gill) which will lead to death of Iqbal. This would be the end of actor Iqbal Khan's character in the show.

The show will take a leap of 10 years and will lead the story would lead to mystery about Rani (Eisha Singh).

Will Rani die or will she be alive? Well, we will have to wait and watch!

Post leap,the show will also see exciting new entry of talented and powerful actor Sudesh Berry (currently seen as Harak Singh in Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki).

Sudesh will essay the role of a classy don who would help Raja (Sarrtaj Gill) post Rani's death

It is reported that Sudesh has been given a stunning look which will be a very stylish Italian mafia style don who would take Raja along with him to Mumbai. He will groom Raja to become one like him.

Glad for Iqbal Khan making exit. It was a cameo I know. But an actor of his caliber deserves a lead role.
For future track, I don't want Bindu to be a part of the show. One of the most irritating characters. Jivaan was way better.
