It is not accidental. As per the video, Bijoy is going on shouting on Ishu, and Dev is also telling BUSS KIJIYEE ( I think Ishu looks like she is going to faint/low BP) She is keeping her hands on her forehead.

I don't know why Sona is not asking her father to stop.(not for the father's sake ) atleast to end the fight she should have told Baba to stop.

Before also they showed Dev pushing Sona it looked so violent in segment but in the episode it was not that violent..maybe this slap also will be shown accidental...wow Shaheer can give jhatkas and slaps very nice such a natural actor he is...
