Actor Sidharth Malhotra's last film 'Baar Baar Dekho' with Katrina Kaif, failed to impress the audiences on box office. The actor is now prepping for the release of his upcoming film, a sequel of Hrithik Roshan starrer Bang Bang where he is paired with Jacqueline Fernandes.
Recently, the duo appeared as guests on filmmaker Karan Johar's chat show 'Koffee with Karan' where they shared many fun things about themselves. During the episode, Karan questioned Sidharth whether he has had a shower with someone? To which Sidharth replied, 'Yes'. Kjo went ahead asking if he has ever had phone sex? He smilingly gave a nodded and said 'Yes'. Jacqueline seemed to be surprised as she burst into laughter while hearing these honest confessions from Sidharth.

Karan Johar's Koffee With Karan will get naughtier and dirtier next week when Jacqueline Fernandez and Sidharth Malhotra will grace his couch.

The teaser of the show gives a sneak peek of their sizzling hot chemistry. Jacqueline and Sidharth seem more than comfortable cracking all sleazy jokes with one another; of course Karan is seen having a ball of a time.

At one instance, Jacqueline proposes to Sidharth for marriage but in French. Sidharth too says a yes to her proposal. Not just this, he even asks Jacqueline to beat his booty'! Whoa! The two seem to be killing it in the episode.

Karan Johar also embarrasses them by mocking one of the instances where Jacqueline was spotted at Sid's house and she dodged the paparazzi to avoid getting clicked. They called it a reading session' while Karan hinted it to be...well, never mind!

Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez are set to be seen together on-screen in Reload, a film which is said to be a sequel to Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif starrer Bang Bang (2014). While Jacqueline is all giggles in the teaser video of the episode, Sidharth has some bold answers for Karan's questions. The ace director asks Sid if he has ever had phone sex and had a shower with someone, to which the actor said yes, leaving Jacky in splits.

Asking about a spotted picture, in which Jacqueline is leaving Sidharth's house, Karan questions them about their equation. Jacqueline quickly answers that they were reading scripts' and KJo's answer clears it all. The director says, Oh, that's what you call it now.'

The duo will come together on the talk show to promote their upcoming film, Reload, which is said to be the sequel of Hrithik Roshan - Katrina Kaif starrer Bang Bang. Earlier, the two appeared in 2015 release Brothers, which also starred Akshay Kumar.

In Reload, Sid will be seen doing some action and bike stunts. It seems he is aiming to up his game with Reload. Jacqueline, who is currently on vacations with family, had a busy and fruitful 2016 with Dishoom and Housefull 3 doing well at the box-office.

They are hot, sassy and fun, and going by the new trailer of the show, the two are ready to bare the equation they share. There is laughter in abundance when Karan asks Jacqueline what's happening between her and Sidharth as she was spotted coming out of his house.


While Jacqueline laughs, Sidharth comes to her defence, saying that they were doing readings. This gets a laughing affirmation from the actress, which quite hints that there was certainly something more to the story.

The latest episode of Koffee with Karan Season 5 serves as a silver lining for the episodes to follow. Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput were refreshingly candid on the chat show as they discussed a range of personal issues like their first meeting, courtship period, Mira's pregnancy, each other's bedroom habits and their unabashed opinions on the film industry.

Rajput, who retained her composure throughout the show, was not at all restrained on the show as she answered the Rapid Fire questions without any hesitation or manipulation. In fact, it was one of the rare episodes where the two guests did not pass any question or molded it as per their volition.

Going by the preview of the next episode, the chat show is now getting more fun owing to the willingness of its guests. Siddharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Feranandez address the conjecture around their alleged affair with a detached straightforwardness and at the same time, are at their entertaining best.

While this season so far has not been short on the entertainment quotient, the scope of entertainment was restricted to antics and wit. There were no confessions or newsy takeaways. Host Karan Johar self-admittedly stated that the celebrities are playing it down as they do not want to get into trouble because of the increasing media scrutiny of the show.

Katrina Kaif, who appeared alongside Anushka Sharma on the Koffee couch, pointed out that even the industry insiders analyse and compare the wardrobe, diplomacy and wit of every guest on the show. However, much to our surprise, Kaif had never been as entertaining as how we saw her on Koffee with Karan this season.

The 100th episode featuring Salman, Sohail and Arbaaz Khan was also on similar lines but also much more candid, particularly thanks to Arbaaz who touched upon the issue of his divorce with Malaika Arora himself. Aamir Khan, however, was as politically correct as he is expected to be. Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra, who seem fun otherwise, were such a dud on the show as their chemistry just did not click.

Shah Rukh Khan, whose wit is widely celebrated, was entertaining and candid but fell short of the fans' expectations from the actor, especially in the premier episode of the season when he shared the couch with Alia Bhatt. The episode that followed saw Twinkle Khanna unleash herself, but more so on Johar, as she did not target anyone else in the industry, probably taking a cue from her Koffee and life partner Akshay Kumar.

The other two episodes featuring the seemingly combustible combos of Ranbir Kapoor-Ranveer Singh and Varun Dhawan-Arjun Kapoor was all about horseplay. They shielded their true selves through antics, something that the four actors are infamous for.

However, now that Shahid and Mira have set a benchmark and have unintentionally boosted the other guests to be candid yet composed on the Koffee couch, we hope that this season starts brewing up before it heads towards its culmination.
