Sujata giving Vividha a CHOICE - Very important

That one bit was really smartly and beautifully done by the writers.

Sujata earnestly tells Vividha that she should think of her decision carefully. She's been married in to this house, Ravish loves her...are you sure you want to leave?

Such an important a question because this is the way the audience is getting an insight in to Vividha's ultimate CHOICE.

Of course Atharv first adds that he won't go anywhere without Vividha. Even in this state he can't stay without her.

The 'we' monologue happens (going down as one of my favourites of the entire show). And we connect to this woman's decision. Right or wrong - you decide as a viewer but HER DECISION is HER DECISION. She will always love Atharv, she can't live without him so why hurt others in the process by living a lie?

Very very important scene. One woman gives the other a CHOICE and SHE has made a decision for HERSELF šŸ‘

I loved the way Sujatha told Vivi that she still has a choice and she could stay back & move on, without any Malice or self pity...She may have been angry with Vividha before but now she has not only forgiven and is not begrudging Vividha of any haploiness.
Vividha's answer to her of course was the best and crystal clear, Vividha and Atharv's name will always be taken together life May try it's games but destiny will bring them together again!

as i said in other thread they r
VividhAtharv or AtharVividha...
He starts from her end n she starts from his end...they r bounded ...inseperable...even their names says so...

coming to sujata i c it was meant to show the difference btwn sujata n suman...
suman made RK to stay with her just cz she loved him...the same way she wants vv to stay with her son forever cz he loves her..

sujata left RK to Suman cz she knows suman loves him
again she wants vv to stay with R cz she knows R loves hr..

sujata is selfless n suman is selfish

Yes! If Vividha wanted to move on, have a stress free life, not live with a man who might not ever recover from his illness then she has all the right to do so. I just loved that Sujata put that option out to her but Vividha's response was šŸ‘

This almost matches the foam wiping sequence because in both situations Vividha is clarifying her stand!

I almost felt a sense of pity when suman said she will have to live with a bahu who doesn't love her son. How sad is that? She's yet again ok for her son to live a loveless marriage because she doesn't see seperation as an option. šŸ˜•

I really liked that Sujata presented her with a choice and did not force anything upon her, she didn't desire to hold the girl back for her son's sake.

this is the quality atharv inherits from sujatha. they both give choice to vividha. where as suman and ravish both forced vividha to stick to their decisions be it emotionally burdening her with constant meri bahu jaap or forcing her to put fake marriage drama, both ended in and with disaster. like mothers like sons. but when vividha makes a choice by free will, she abides by it till death.

It was brilliant, especially since the makers made it loud and clear that this was Vividha's decision, a decision taken without any duress. Vividha was told to go and be happy with no stress but she chose to stay back and help him out of love not sympathies or blackmail. That is the beauty of VITHARV (a relationship stemming out of love and respect).

Glad you brought this up Reem.

Vividha's monologue yesterday was all about ViTharv, how much she loves him and how her life is all about him.

She's always been clear about her choice, but the firmness and the fact that she explained her whole side of the decision made it clearer than ever.
She admits she feels bad for R, that he's had to face injustice too..but that's about it.
