This scene took care of 2 things for me ... It showed the basic attitude of Sujatha v/s Suman ... Sujatha chose a life out of her free will ... And she gave that strength and sense of freedom to her son . Suman felt pain yet chose a life of regret for herself and kind of passed that to her son indirectly ... It's the choices they made that has brought their lives to where they see it now . One stayed happy inspite of having nothing just on her inner strength , the other always stayed unhappy inspite of having everything ... With the same free sense of attitude Sujatha gave vividha a choice to decide out of her free will ... Whereas Suman decided that she will have to forever see vividha like this and feel the pain . One gave a choice of free will ( exactly the way she has lived ) , the other Did not even consider vividhas choice or right to free will ( just the way she lived ) ...vividha had been clear cut about what she wants and why and that's the beauty of the vitharv relationship in phase 2... The only clarity that came out of this phase ... I to WE clarified beautifully 😳

I really liked that Sujata presented her with a choice and did not force anything upon her, she didn't desire to hold the girl back for her son's sake.

Same. There's no grudges against her, no pressure...just a simple question. Are you sure?

She's not just deeply in love with him, she identifies herself with him only. She's not Vividha without Atharv. That in itself is so beautiful!

Yes very true. That's the difference. It's not that Ravish & Suman are bad people, not at all but they aren't the most honest people around either. Ravish has lied to both Vividha and Suman, where as Atharv is someone who will tell you the truth even if it temporarily hurts you. He's a realist and he will always give the other person the freedom to think for themselves! Sujata put forward the same concept in front of Vividha and she had no second doubts.

Vividha was told to go and be happy with no stress but she chose to stay back and help him out of love not sympathies or blackmail. That is the beauty of VITHARV (a relationship stemming out of love and respect).</font>

Even in this condition, Vividha doesn't want to take care of Atharv out of duty or obligation. No matter what shape or form he is in, he is her Atharv and she can't do without him. You can mould these two in to anything but they'll still be together.

Glad you brought this up Reem.

Vividha's monologue yesterday was all about ViTharv, how much she loves him and how her life is all about him.

She's always been clear about her choice, but the firmness and the fact that she explained her whole side of the decision made it clearer than ever.
She admits she feels bad for R, that he's had to face injustice too..but that's about it.

You know what the funny thing is? Mostly whole of Phase 2 showed Vividha's guilt for how it affected Ravish & Suman yet people feel she has shown no remorse.

Vividha feels bad for hurting others but NOT about loving Atharv. She will never be ashamed of that nor should she!

Very well said! Though I do not agree with Sujata's decision of waiting for a man like Ramakant, you can tell it never made her negative or resentful. Her strength lied in the fact that she accepted this way of life and she didn't blame anyone for it. Where as Suman, she held that hatred in her heart and built up a resentment which constantly reflected in her words during Phase 2! She lived a life with resentment and basically expects that Vividha would just live a life where she's not happy but will settle. Where did that get you Suman? Look at your mental state.
