Remember sharad said in d seg that rishi will come 2 know about tanuja being tanu , coz something happen during accident time but nothing such happen during accident time , now tanuja is donating her blood 2 save rishi , thou she wants her name 2 be kept hidden but i dont think it will be kept hidden. I think may feel dizzy , so nurse may reveal that she saved rishi , smily's truth is also coming out , it will make big impact on family , specially rishi. Kratika said in iv that family will know that tanuja dont had any bad intentions 4 family nor she is interested in their property but she is only interested in rishi that to positivly.
