"Why am I not surprised?" Chakor mocked Suraj as he got down from the jeep to check what was wrong. He had taken his wife out on a romantic dinner date, and things were going swell for them both, before his jeep decided to play spoil sport and break down. Again.
Frankly, even Suraj wasn't surprised. His jeep always seemed to break down whenever he went out with her. But he wouldn't admit it out loud. It was his first, and hence favourite vehicle.
"Don't make a mountain out of a molehill. I'll fix it in a jiffy,"
Easier said than done. It was dark and he couldn't see much and his phone's flash light wasn't that great a help. He exhaled slowly. "Whatever. It can't get worse," he muttered to himself.
Flash. Rumble.
Can't get worse? It just did.
Suraj covered his eyes in exasperation as the rain poured down, hard. "Great. That's all we were missing." He sighed. All his plans of pleasing his wife went down the drain, thanks to his vehicle and the rain. He knew there was a small inn nearby, and deciding to take shelter there, he pushed down the bumper to tell his wife,
.
.
.
But found an empty front seat instead.
Suraj raised his eyebrows in disbelief. There he was, running around in search of his wife, worried sick, and here she was, running around, dancing in the rain. His jaw slackened as she twirled around, blissfully unaware of his agony.
"Chakor!" He shouted over the sound of the downpour to catch her attention. She smiled at him, beckoning him to join her, her hands grabbing his. "Isn't this wonderful, Suraj?" She asked as she pulled him along, only to be forcefully pulled back by him. She crashed into his chest, and he lifted her feet off the ground as he walked swiftly.
"No, it's not wonderful. Now, we're gonna be responsible adults, not kindergarten kids, and go find shelter, before some random tree over here decides to go Timbers!"
She hit his chest, demanding to be put down. He did so, but draped an arm around her waist tightly as he pulled her along.
"I'm not a kid, okay?" She pouted. "No one would believe you right now," Suraj retorted at her cute pout.
"Come on, Suraj! Don't be a spoil sport and let's enjoy the weather! Honestly, out of all the flavours, you choose to be salty." She made a face at him as he quickly ushered her into the small inn. How he had managed to get them here so soon, no one knew.
Presently, he looked at her calmly, too calm in fact, but there was a twinkle in his eyes. He bent down to her ear level, before whispering huskily, "Well, since we're speaking of flavours, let me add that YOU taste like tangerines, absolutely divine ones at that." He smirked as she turned red.
Chakor stomped on his foot, and Suraj yelped.
"Oww! That hurt!"
"Good. Feel the pain."
"You know, that's not what an apology sounds like."
"Bite me." Chakor growled, furious at him. Suraj smirked again.
"Bite you where?" He winked at her, and her face was flushed again. He escaped to get blankets for them, before she could physically hurt him again.
Once in the room, Chakor settled herself in front of the fire place, a bath robe on as she waited for the clothes to dry. Suraj was talking to the owner about his jeep, and he presently entered the room. He removed his tee and spooned her from behind, his damp jeans making her legs feel cold as he placed her on his lap. Moving her hair to one side and loosening the robe, he kissed her shoulder blade, moving up to her neck with soft butterfly kisses. She turned her head away, trying to free herself from his hold. He pulled her back, tightening his grip on her as she squirmed around. Sighing, he asked her, "Still angry?"
"Yes. Very." She was pouting again.
"Alright, let me make it up to you," Suraj whispered, nipping at the nape of her neck as he tried to untie her robe. "We could always enjoy the downpour from the shower, without any cloth barrier between us too,"
He lifted her up as he got up, carrying her in his arms as he strode into the bathroom. Heh. The inn wasn't so bad after all, bigger than he had expected, and quite developed too, considering it was situated in a small town.
"Suraj no!" Chakor moved around violently in his arms, and he almost lost balance. "How is this even making it up to ME? You're doing what you want!" She narrowed her eyes at him as he placed her in the cubicle, tightening the white robe around her. He wore a challenging look on his face, as he put his hand forward to disrobe her. "We both know how much you enjoy this," he trailed a finger up her stomach, "if your screams are anything to go by." He blew into her ear, and she shivered as he swiftly pulled on the knot of the robe.
"The walls are thin," she squeaked as his hands removed her robe, and he caged her between the wall and himself as he turned the shower on. "Well then, let's try to keep the voices down, shall we?" He teased her, lifting her up once again as she wrapped her legs around his waist.
The water came down hard on them, and it was freezing cold. Chakor didn't feel much of it, since she was against the wall. Suraj was too busy invading her mouth to care about the chill water dripping down his back. He kissed her with fervour, hands gripping her thighs tightly else she might fall. He nipped her lower lip, before going down her jaw line and sucking her collar bone. He gasped out every now and then, it was hard to breathe with the water running down his face.
Chakor's body felt like fire and ice being fused, the heat radiating throughout her body due to their lovemaking, and the coldness of the water which kept splashing on her every now and then. One hand held his head while he played with her peaks, the other went down to unbuckle his jeans. It was tough, the water making the cloth stick to his skin. She kept pushing it down with her feet, and the cloth finally surrendered to her wants, pooling at his ankles.
"Someone didn't take long to get in the mood," he breathed out and she pulled his hair. "Shut up," she blurted out, and he kissed her again, passion overtaking his being. His right hand drew lazy circles on her thighs, and she shivered. The wall which she was pressed against was a rough one, and she winced in pain each time she moved against it.
Not breaking the kiss, he entered her swiftly, his member long, and hard, and pulsing madly to soak in her warmth. She screamed into the kiss, screamed for the sheer force with which he entered. It was pure bliss, and she felt her hands slipping down his back as he kept moving in and out of her.
As if to bring her back from dream land, Suraj rammed into her again, biting her collar bone this time. She moaned as she held on tightly again. Tugging his locks, she pulled him up to kiss him. It also helped her to be present to him.
She screamed again, this time on the verge of her climax. He grunted, pushing her harder against the wall as his legs began to shake at his excitement of reaching his own peak of pleasure. She came first, him following her moments later. She almost slid down the wall after that but he held her. She pushed back his wet bangs, kissing his forehead. The water was still splashing on them, and for the first time, she began to feel cold. He exhaled slowly, aligning his forehead with hers, gasping as the water streamed down his face. He managed a half smirk, half smile at her, locking her eyes in his heated gaze. It was his way of saying he loved her, without words.
She whispered hers though, before he finally let her down. She turned around and let the water run down her slightly bruised back for a few seconds, before getting out with him.
He dried himself carelessly, collapsing on the bed afterward, pulling the covers over his naked body. Chakor told him off about it, advising him to dry himself properly else he'd catch a cold. He paid no heed, his arms spread out for her, beckoning her to join him on the bed. He beamed at her.
Shaking her head, she climbed on the bed, and he wrapped his arms around her, sighing satiatedly. He was out like a light before Chakor could start a conversation. Kissing his nose, she joined him in dream land.
EXTRA: The next morning:
"ACHOOO!"
"Not gonna say I told you so, but I really did tell you!" Chakor screamed as Suraj sneezed again. His nose was red with all the sneezing, and Chakor rolled her eyes as he refused to get out of the blankets.
"We can stay here for another day. No problem." He dismissed her idea of going home. "The least you can do is sympathize with me." He chided her as he pulled out another tissue.
"And the least YOU can do is listen to your wife," she retorted, poking his sides and he flinched.
"Nuance. Come join me under the blanket tower."
"You can't be serious," she drawled.
"Come. Warmth." He beckoned her, his eyes gleaming excitedly. Honestly, he was kid trapped in an adult's body. She went under the blankets, sitting on his lap, as he hugged her, sighing contentedly.
"Your jeep's probably dead by now, you know," she muttered. It had rained heavily last night, and she was slightly thankful he had forced her and they had reached the inn before that. He nodded solemnly, before reaching for his phone.
"Well, what are siblings for anyway?" He smirked as he dialled Vivaan.
"Certainly not for odd jobs like this. Leave the poor guy alone." Chakor grimaced as she took his phone away. He pouted. "We'll go find it later ourselves. No one needs to know we're here,"
"Not like we've committed a crime. In fact, your parents are going to be thrilled when they find out we were trying to make babies!" He roared.
"One more word and I'm leaving you here."
"...Fine."
