If leave aside the technical faults during this infertility track, this track has taught us a big lesson of life.

Never in an issue focus ur attention on one person. The moment v center our focus on one person we loose the insight of situation.

During this whole issue everyone just focussed on Ishwari, everybody was so overwhelmed with Ishwari's happiness that they lost insight to the situation.

Sonakshi is an educated and intelligent girl. But the moment Ishwari said she knows from vague symptoms that Sonakshi is pregnant, Sonakshi got so overwhelmed that she forgot the basics. She din bother to do a basic UPT and started celebrating. She lost the insight into a simple issue because instead of thinking about pregnancy, she just focussed on Ishwari's happiness.

Dev when came to know that Sonakshi is not pregnant, the moment he saw Ishwari pampering Sonakshi, he lost the contact with reality. He just forgot what a blatant lie he is speaking which has no basis or life.
When the truth is revealed everyone including he himself has been left so hurt.

After revealation also everyone is still focussed on Ishwari's pain and disappointment. They are again doing the same mistake. The result will be disastrous.

It is a big lesson. Whenever in a crisis look at the situation in totality and then take a decision. Or else u will fail miserably. Not let one person guide all ur decisions in life. Think about everyone involved in it and never forget urself beacuse in the end it's only u who is responsible for ur decisions.

Just a thought and point of view

Rightly said...no one ever thinks of the big picture...not Dev, Sona or Ishwari. And in life we constantly worry about the big picture while going about the smaller tasks that will ultimately enable us to reach that bigger goal.
And here, in this show...we can safely assume that the big picture will never be made the focus. Sad let down.

Just brilliant👏
Now I understand why the focus is back on Ishwari, which is disturbing to be honest, to bring about the next disastrous change.
Dev and Sonakshi would fail to observe the other changes happening in their lives and I hope things dont break beyond repair after this.

True.
Even after multiple scenes with Niki and Neha accusing Ishu of ignoring them and focusing only on Devakshi kid, still Ishu is not getting the point.

Obsession runs in the Dixit blood. I am done with such scary show. Feels like watching Darr. 🤔

very nice observation...and great analysis

however, if we look a little bit deeper, while what you say is true in the western world, and even in my own home, yet it may not be true in a society that India is generally. In sensitive homes, joint families, where relationships are valued, be it a man or a woman, the focus is more on others and their feelings.. My mother's side family was like that. While what we have seen may not appeal to more modern families, it may touch the heart in families that look at relationships from the lenses of Sona or a Dev.

I am glad that i do not live in a joint family.. talking to a few friends, i think the challenges are enormous.. the Dixit family is truly a madhouse and largely due to the joint family nature.

Great post. The focus is back on Ishwari and your highlighted point is absolutely valid
