Chapter-4

My mother consoled me. She said its okay. But it is not okay. I am shaken to core. I don't know what just happened. My Mother dragged me outside. I was still crying. Being an introvert, I don't like to show my emotions too much in public. But right now, i can't help it. I having flashback of him grasping my wrist, His sinful smile, His happiness, His words. I heard people talking , they were saying how i was present when the old man died. I don't know if they are blaming me for it Or showing their sympathy towards me. My mother dragged me towards our house. As we reached inside the house, My mother told me that she is going to bring me a glass of water. She went away. I really wanted to ask her, where she was!! But alas!! i was not able to speak after all this. She back with water. She handed me water and slowly rubbed my back, as i drank the water. After finishing the water my mother took the glass from my hand and asked me if i was okay. I with meek voice asked her, where she was!! she told me, that this village has an old tradition that everyone goes to the old temple every morning and how she thought it would be great idea to go , so that she get acquainted with the neighbors here. I asked about my father. She told that my father was called by head of factory, to start work ahead of time and how my father rushed to office. Then i questioned her , why didn't she woke me up!! She sighed in Disappointment and told me how she thought that i was tired after long journey and she decided it will be best to leave me here, so that i can sleep. After the talk finished, i felt her rubbing my back. I said that i was okay. But in reality i was not. She smiled and went to the kitchen to complete her daily chores. I stood up and climbed up the stairs and reached my room.

I opened my room and saw the light coming from the window. I slowly went inside my room and closed the door of my room.I don't know how to feel about this situation. I was scared and curious. Scared because how it had happened, Curious because of old man behavior. Why he acted so strange , What was he trying to say to me. I said on chair which was on the side of the window. I saw outside and saw people running laughing. i sighed and my mind again started to wander. I don't know i felt sad, i can't explain why. Suddenly my room became dark , I saw outside, i was surprised i saw whole place was covered by dark clouds, look like its going to rain. I sighed and jumped to my bed, I thought may be its just a gloomy day after all. I hope the next day is gonna be better.I slept the whole evening, when i woke up i saw it was night. I heard voice from downstairs. It seems like my father is back from office, as i reached downstairs i heard my mother saying something like is it true!! i was not able to understand the conversation. I reached the dinning area. I was greeted by my father. I greeted him back. They went back to the conversation. I heard my mom saying that she is happy that we are going to have some new people here. I asked my father, what it is all about. He told me that a new family is coming in our neighborhood, they belong to some other country and how they are shifting here because His boss wanted an Marketing Personnel here. I brushed off, i hardly cared. After the dinner , i rushed back to my room, and laid on my bed. I don't know why i have weird feeling towards this place. What does that old man was trying to say me!! and what does that sign of temple stand for. I tried to link all these thing by one string, but there was nothing common. There is two choice that i have. First, to shrug it off and hardly care and second that i dig deep to this thing. I decided. I choose...

Poor Geet.. It's actually scary the way the old man was blabbering something n then died...

Poor Geet is hell scared by the happenings!!
Though her mom consoled her, the old man's words are disturbing her!!

Part 3 is really amazing I was not sure what Geet was going to find there. I thought maybe something from here past life or just a bad dream but did not expect this old man and his death..,,I am still waiting for the story to unfold and the mystery to open up...

Lovely update she was hell scared though reserved by nature but couldn't help but cling to her mom who calmed her she was lost in her thoughts thinking abt old man words she came to know a new family was coming to village to stay over but she didn't pay much attention
