Firstly I will do some brief character analysis based on the character sketch provided by colors channel website.
Naina - As mentioned Naina practically worships Meghna which is okay at a level but absolute blind devotion is not. Being "deedu ki poonch" is okay but just being identified as "Meghna's sister" is not. Naina as a character needs to grow up and develop a identity of her own, that Naina without Meghna is something, someone different, special in her own way. She needs not to be like Meghna or depend on her in any way and I really think that in future her character is gonna become independent, blossomed and just as strong as Meghna in her own way. Just like that shown in the promo where she is standing against her sister "Parivaar ko todna nahi, jodkar rakhna hai. Maa k sanskaaron ka maan."
Meghna is wonderful. The only thing she needs to work on is her anger. Her aggressiveness, her mistrust might lead to some problems for her in future. Her character is strong but her agression needs to be toned down a little. As in the promo she was shown to be a little on the antagonist side (a gray shade and not evil or villainous) "Parivaar ko todkar lautaungi maa ka sammaan."
Karan, always considered weak, degraded, compared with his brother. Karan's always a weakling for his father, taunted and humiliated. He thought that his brother would help him out but he only remembers his brother laughing at his failures. As the website says, Karan has always lost what he wanted to his brother. His skin problems and his lack of confidence in himself makes him feel not normal. What I think is that in future we will see Karan evolving and maybe someday he might feel that he is as important as his brother, as deserving and as talented.
Kunal is amazing, not insensitive but a bit self absorbed and I am not calling him selfish k!? He's wonderful, talented and wants to be exactly what his dad wants, the perfect business tycoon. And after reading a few posts at the forums I think he is in a relationship with Meghna. Is he? If he is then maybe...

Now lets get to the pairings (do not kill me cause of this, I know what pairs are mostly liked by forum members but this is what I think its gonna be like)
This thing happens most if the time:
> If there are 2 lead pairs then the initial pairing rarely is the final game.
> If there are 2 sisters and 2 brothers involved then most of the time the elder sister marries the younger brother and the younger sister gets married to the elder brother.
> The mismatched couples are normally not in love
Now lets discuss the pairs and the story according to my view.
According to me it will be Kunal-Naina and Karan-Meghna and not the other way around. I don't know how they will end up like that but I think that it will be good if they did mine way.
Karan and Naina are two secondary characters right now because they are underdeveloped, they need to evolve. Whereas Meghna and Kunal are two strong characters and just because the demand of a bindaas bahu is high I don't think that she will be the wife of bindaas beta.
Call it an intuition or just a vague nagging feeling, I really think that Kunal will get married to Naina and Meghna will become Karan's wife. Not only we will get to see two love stories starting from scratch (if Kunal's in love with Meghna), we might also see Meghna helping Karan to gain confidence and evolve into a character as strong as his brother Kunal. Karan and Naina together don't please me. Naina won't be able to effect Karan as much as Meghna can, Meghna is here to break relationships right? Won't it be good to work on the weakling first in order to break the strongest one? Meghna will provoke Karan to step up and stand against his father for his rights rather than to fall apart. Aarrgghh!! Its so hard to explain! And think!! If Kunal and Meghna are in a relationship and Meghna is what Kunal wants, Karan marrying Meghna will be like Karan getting something that his brother wanted, I mean it will be the first time that Karan didn't loose to his brother but this time it was Kunal who lost Meghna to Karan.
On the other hand we will see Naina struggling to gain her husband's (Kunal) love and not only that we will also see her standing up and against her own dear sister whom she had always idolized. I know you might say that Kunal being as dominant as Meghna how can that help Naina to develop but I think it will because Kunal is not as bossy and agressive as Meghna. And it will be a first for Kunal that he didn't got what he wanted.
I know it may sound illogical to you but an intuition is hard to explain isn't it?! I really really think that Kunal-Naina and Karan-Meghna will be the couples and I prefer them that way. And I am not saying that because I am biased towards any particular character.
