Our marriage was not of love but that of need

I know I feel like if the marriage had been avoided, Arjun would be a much happier individual.

I hated arjun all d while fr hatin his step mom.. bt since yesday I feel like hez completely correct in his position.. any1 wud do dat..

& i too feel like if d marriage hadnt hapnd, arjun wud hav been happier & a betr person..

I can't expect a 6 year old child to accept a choti maa but mature 21 _25 year old who has been raised by her to atleast understand that he has misjudged her !!

She said b4 death of his mom he played with her very nicely , as he grew he accepted ayan but y so much grudge against vandana ? Now he his sensible n grown enough to talk , understand 3rd stage cancer prognosis , understand the situation in which his father married vandana ( coz when photo of maya n arjun came in paper he was worried about reputation of girl ) . I still don't expect him to replace her as mother but he shouldn't be harbouring bitter feeling towards her n blame her for his mother's death .

This scene also showed saanjh is not obessive about arjun , she knew vandana needed her more than arjun that tym . Like anyother individual she has flaws , naturally she is possessive about her love but she can mould her self with situation , she can controll herself once she will face reality .

About arjun n maya equation

Arjun is maya's need , 100% agree she has very bad past , she finds solace n confidence with his presence. But maya is noy arjun's need , she is another option right now who is supporting him , pampering him giving him importance irrespective wether he is right or wrong , wether he deserves it or not . Hatred against their one parent and vulnerable life of their biological mother may connect them or make arjun sympathise with maya. but difference is maya has really suffered due to psycho ashwin but arjun has created wall by himself . Arjun is impulsive and often wrong in judging people . So i really doubt even if maya n arjun are paired this need factor will make them compitable. For that too happpen arjun should have clear insight into maya 's mind and still should be able to love her with all her flaws n past , he should understand what is right or wrong coz maya will not guide him she will blindly support him . Right now gifts sympathy n support is attracting him towards maya , only future will tale if this frnship is true or an illusion .

21-25 year old Arjun doesnt understand Vandana. Did let us say 27-28 year old Vandana and a 30-31 year old Mr Sharma Arjun's father understood 6 year old Arjun, his needs. They were adults right Arjun was a child right.

They went with the perception Arjun needed a mother, Arjun lives with a perception his step mom took his father away.

So when you go with perception, you get perception back.

I didnt feel any sympathy for Vandana. Who asked her to stay in a house with a man and a child post his wife's death. Doesnt she know society, what they will tell. Vandana tells 4 months she was in the house, she didnt care what others thought, did she care what Arjun thought. She said Arjun didnt like her even before marriage. Still she went ahead and married thinking marriage can correct everything.

In Maya Vandana sees herself. The woman who came between a couple. That's why she feel Maya can take Arjun away. Because she has taken his dad from him, when he needed his father the most.

Arjun has his problems which needs to be corrected, but that doesnt exonerate Vandana for what she did to the 6 year old

There was a beautiful dialogue Arjun says " you hate colors, but colors love you". There is an acceptance of Maya's fear in that dialogue. he accepts Maya hate colors then he says colors love her.

Again yesterday Maya says she is afraid of heavy winds. He doesnt judge that fear. He tells open your eyes, you will see me.

Perception breaking especially the one's created in childhood is hard to break. Very hard to break

For me the marriage of Arjun's dad and Vandana felt like Arjun's dad's need than Arjun's need though the perception was Arjun's need.

Arjun's mother was a cancer patient, 3rd stage. Obviously she wouldnt have been available for her husband for a prolonged time. Mr Sharma a typical man needed company Vandana came along. He married her. I am not blaming Mr Sharma here. He is right in having the second wife. But he should have waited a little further till the child was normal.

as for this maya-saanjh-arjun debacle, I don't know what to say. Men are unable to read emotions correctly at times and the less said about arjun the better in that department. I agree arjun was being insensitive to saanjh by taking maya to their exclusive spot. he is unable to grasp just how special that spot is but what about the dress? he brought maya a dress so she can face her fears, was he supposed to buy saanjh one as well? maybe he should do what parents do when they have young children. if you buy a toy for your oldest kid then make sure to get the younger one something as well otherwise kid number2 will be upset. Vandana was out of line as well,what was she going on about? giving saanjh's share of happiness to maya...smh.
