He wanted to marry surbhi to get equal status as of Harman in Singh family. This was his motto earlier. As Harman was married to Saumya, so he wanted to marry Surbhi to get his share of respect. Still I couldn't understand, how would he get equality by that? Well, after the revelation of Kinnar truth, this stupid angle of marrying surbhi is no longer valid. Still, he was hell angry on yesterday's episode like he was an obsessed lover. So much confusion
