It is so refreshing to read the comments of everyone who have been supporting Quazi and RR. Why are the anti-Quazi gang suprised that Quazi and RR have won?
So many people have written in that they deserved to win, not only because of their talent, but also because of their sparkling personalities, and most important of all they did not play games with the other contestants. Instead they concentrated on winning the contest and showing the world what decent human beings are capable of.
Was it not Rex and Arpita who voted out Arijit and Shamit? Was it not Quazi who voted for Arijit? At least the Janta were aware of Rex and Arpita's foolish games and showed their support for Quazi and RR.
Quazi should get a medal for his sheer courage in facing the relentless campaign waged against him by the various contestants during the whole series. Never once did he back bite or get involved in bad mouthing the other contestants, unlike Arpita and Rex who took every opportunity to do so.
What I don't understand is why Arpita was not disqualified immediately after the fiasco with the police? Surely this childish prank was againt the rules. However Arpita's true arrogant nature becme obvious, perhaps she forgot pride comes before a fall!
I think the following words aptly sums up why Arpita and Rex are not the Fame Jodi:
You can fool some of the people some of the time, and you can fool some of the people all of the time, BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL ALL OF THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME.
The Janta have repeatedly supported Quazi, because they were not fooled by these Rex and Arpita's games. I congratulate Quazi and RR on winning the contest. As for the anti-Quazi contigent, there are always sour grapes after every contest, so it doesn't really matter. The majority of people are happy with the final choice.
Just think if the voting had been open to everyone watching the series on satellite TV around the world, there would have been billions of votes for Quazi, they can't all be wrong.
