Most important /pivotal character in MAM

Before people come behind me with ande tomato I want to make one thing clear.

No doubt...It's Shantiya.😆Then comes Sarla a distant second.😆

No doubt that Shantiya is the main lead and pivotal character...The serial promises to show conflicts of ideas...but Riya is a spineless and selfish person.Riya never able to portray herself as a good BAHU as she had yet not given a heir...she had never taken any stand for Nimmi's studies or job...she had herself left her job without reason for the sake of staying at Shantiya's feet 😡 ...what company she is managing as when needed she is not available...Kusiya is her main cook and all clients orders would be cancelled if Kusiya is not a great cook 😲 ...what's so important in just making arrangements as even a tenth class student is also being able to do so. 😡 ...Shivam is the most senseless person ...never knows what he wants ...Riya is most idiot to support Shivam for his boxing...as when Shivam will loose his life or body parts then only she will understand as doing wrestling and boxing are not joke ...I feel that Sarla is also an important pivotal character supported by cv...the most cunning and shrewd person never gets caught for the mischiefs and if so ever blamed for any mistakes then very easily get forgiven 😡 (All because of CV'S idea's)...How always everyone comes easily into Sarla's trap?????...People of Shanti Sadan know that Sarla can go any extent for sake of money as in past she was responsible for Cancer drama and now Nirmala track...but then also everyone forgives her 😡 ...So I believes that without Sarla's involvement MAM would be a placid place where all persons would be in harmonious relations.

what about pari .she is much needed by her mother to trap rich men.in this serial other than the leads all are pivotal characters now kushiya is also behaving like a brothel owner pushing her daughters on men
