Standing infront of mirror Geet looked at herself, not just the big baby bump, the extra chubbiness on her cheeks too were indicating how much weight she had gained..she checked her right profile then her left profile but she looked same from all angels, she looked at her wedding photo which was kept there, she looked so beautiful in that but now she have nothing to say...Maan who came out of washroom after taking a warm shower looked at his wife who was busy in checking herself in mirror..silently he moved towards her and grabbed her from back..surprisiing Geet , kissing her cheek he asked..

Maan-why my mishti is making faces while looking at herself??, Geet looked at him through mirror, his hands were resting on her shoulders, before he used to grab her from waist but now...she sighed at her thought and became more dull, getting an opposite reaction from Geet, he turned her around , with his index finger he lifted her face up and asked..

Maan- what happened to my mishti??

Geet- i have gained lot of weight na??

Maan- who said that?

Geet- it's obvious Maan..i can see it myself and i know you too know this..

Maan- so what?, you look so cute in this avatar , he said while pulling her cheeks, which irritated her further

Geet- see now you don't love me like before.., she complained leaving Maan to wander he praised her then why she is compalining?

Maan- but what i did that is making you think like this?

Geet- before you used to tease me , kiss me but now you pull my cheeks as if i'm some kid..you are a changed person now..she cutely compalined..

Maan rolled his eyes on her childish complain , and got to know that she is going through one of her weird mood swings..he knew he can't make her believe that she will always remain the most beautiful girl for him no matter what..

Maan- aww..that makes you sad,then let me tell you my little secret..i don't do that because i don't want to loose my control around you and hurt our baby in that process..Geet made a face not understanding his words...seeing her confused face Maan continued..see whenever i kiss you , you blush and blushing mishti is too hard to handle..., he said that nuzzling at the side of her neck , his touch tickled her senses and she blushed..

Maan- see this is what i fear the most..he pointed at her red blushing face in the mirror and bit her slightly under her ear, his soft touches and sweet words made her forget her all worries as she got lost in him.., as Maan saw her relaxing he picked her up in his arms and moved towards their bed..as he was going to put her down on bed his eyes got the attention of shinning chocolates wrappers on their bed..putting her down on bed, he picked one of the wrapper and looked at Geet as Geet saw the wrapper in his hand she bit her tongue and averted her gaze from him as now she was caught..

Maan9sternly)- what is this Geet?

Geet(bit scared)- you can read it right?

Maan- in morning only i warned you not to have chocolates anymore as they are not healthy for you and instructed everyone in house to not give these to you..but still you got them how?

Geet avoided looking at him trying to escape his question..

Maan- nishi will never give chocolates to you , Dadima too was not here today, then its Vicky, right?, he looked at Geet to confirm but she didn't utter a word.. let me take his class today..angrily he got up to leave but Geet held his arm..

Geet- no please don't say anything to him, i only pressurized him, he has no fault..., she tried to defend him..

Maan- Geet you ! how many times should i...but before he could continue further she interrupted..

Geet- don't put blame on me..its all his fault, he pointed at her baby bump..., he is always hungry!

Maan- don't blame my child for your mistakes!

Geet- haww..you think your child is so innocent then let me make it clear to you he is not..he is the one who craves for chocolates and i being the loving mother can't deny him...

Maan- She!, he emphasized on "she" telling her the baby is girl to which Geet rolled her eyes, as now it was common between them to fight for he and she.., while Maan continued, you said the same thing few months back when you craved for that not so healthy golgappe!

Geet- what can i do if his demands change within a month, being a mother i have to bend infront of his demands..., she defended herself innocently..Maan shook his head at her logic.., her logic leaves him speechless, he had no words to argue further..sitting beside her he looked at her

Maan- you are impossible...i hope she doesn't became like you..., he said while touching her baby bump as he touched Geet moaned in pain..

Geet- ahh..

Maan- what happened?

Geet(pouted)- baby kicked..., Maan smiled looking at her cute face, nothing was new in this as baby always used to responde to Maan touch or his words as if baby recognize her..

Geet- i think baby has already taken your side that's why never leave a chance to trouble me!, what will happen after he will come out..both baby and father will team up and trouble me and i will be alone to bear it all..

Maan- don't worry.. we will plan one another member who will in your team, he hinted at his future plans making Geet shy..

Few Days Later

Labor Room

Geet was immese pain..while Maan sat beside her giving her strength and movtivating her...a doctor along with a nurse too were there instructing Geet to apply more force..

Doc- Push Mrs.Khurana push..

Geet- ahh..i can't..

Maan- you can Geet...do it...

Geet was not ready to leave Maan, Doctor having no other option allowed Maan to be inside.., in order to control her uncontrolable pain Geet held his arms tightly, her nails pricked his skin but he didn't even feel it as this all focus was on Geet..using all her mighty force she pushed and soon they heard the fisrt cry of their Baby...

Doc- congrats both of you its a girl...

Doctor handed the baby to nurse to clean her, Geet relaxed in Maan's arms while Maan kissed her lightly on her lips thanking her..

few minutes later nurse came there and handed the baby to Geet..., Maan who sat beside her looked at their bunble of joy, Baby was pink wrapped in white cloth..both looked at their baby and smiled, Geet looked at Maan , who was busy looking at the baby.., with shivering hands he touched her cheek, she was soft.., feeling her father's touch she opened her eyes..and looked at her parents...

Maan- she is so soft Geet...

Geet- hold her Maan.., she passed her to him..(but Maan was scared to hold her what if he hurt her..), she wants to be in your arms see..she made him look at their baby who was continousily looking at him in anticipation...

Maan- okay..but don't remove your arms..hai??, scared Maan said, Geet for the first time saw his this side and smiled at his innocence, she nodded her head in yes assuring him, nervousily Maan held her along with Geet..as his arms wrapped around her Maaneet felt her smile..

Geet- she smiled...bending forward Maan kissed her forehead...

Dadima- beware Geet she is already behaving like Daddy's little girl..., Dadima along with Vicky and Nishi entered inside.., all smiled hearing her..

Dadima went close to her and looked at her great granddaughter..

Dadima- aww..my princess..her eyes are like yours Maan...

Vicky- but nose looks like Geet.., commented Vicky who looked at her..

Dadima- can i have my princess..., she asked Maaneet , who passed her to dadima..

Vicky- after Dadima i will hold her!, excitedly he said..

Nishi- no i will hold her after Dadima..

Vicky- i'm her chacha i will hold her first!

Nishi- oh hello you are just her chacha , i'm her maasi and chachi both, so according to rule i will hold her first..

Maaneet looked at their happy family, Maan kissed Geet on her forehead thanking her for coming in his life and filling his life with so much happiness..
