uhh...why didn't dadi react this way earlier?

after seeing the video today she was disappointed that her billu did whatever he did to force anika into marriage...but anika had told her all of this earlier itself...then she didn't blame billu at all and just attributed everything to "rab ki marzi"...are we to believe that dadi didn't believe anika then?

Dadi also misunderstood the situation before. She thought both Anika and Shivaay hid this marriage before and thought that they were only doing it to save the family's respect and name. She didn't exactly know that Anika was blackmailed to such an extent.

I think when Anika told her, she was just under the illusion that Shivaay would have as usual told Anika in rude tone that she has to get married to him or he would destroy her and Sahil. Just like he used to throw so many different threats to her in the beginning of show, so took it in her stride as normal SSO behaviour protecting his family. Somehow seeing it scene by scene play in front of her eyes and the extent of brutality displayed by her grandson so much as to harm a small kid must have been horrendous for her.

I'll blame the following things:

its because anika only told dadi that shivaay forced her... dadi thought that she forced her like before... just threatened... she didnt even think that he will do things to this much...she dnt imagine that her billu can do this...hearing something and seeing in front of eyes makes great difference...
