Exactly my point, they were not planning baby. Also according to spoiler its Ishawri's assumption that Sona is pregnant.

I think they'll misunderstand the symptoms for pregnancy...n then dev will be tensed and finally on Sona's insistence reveal the truth of infertilty to her

Even I think by next year Feb this serial will get over ..some 50 odd episodes more...and regarding this track I do agree with you its a very sensitive issue and shown to a larger audience ...so need to be all the more careful that we dont hurt the sentiments of ppl who have issues conceiving .
