When arjun extends his hand when he was about to drive for saanjh and saanjh thinks he wants to hold her hand and later on arjun teases saanjh as if asking for lover hand and all
It clearly indicates that he only thinks saanjh as his bff nothing else otherwise he wouldn't make fun
