I think we can all agree that today's episode was, to say the least, depressing and while I do understand where we are at, that doesn't mean I don't want answers for the future track so the main purpose is to unite the fans on here (and wherever else possible) and then we can get some answers.
Firstly, we need to stop asking about the Oberois and their acceptance of Annika. Primarily because it is questions like that actually take away from female autonomy and feminism. The moment we worry about a rich patriarchal family's acceptance of a middle-class orphan girl, we are returning the power right back to them. Our questions should be about Annika's acceptance of them.
Aside from the above, it is a pointless endeavour to as about the Oberois because of their characterisation. Who we need to worry about is Annika. She needs to get her voice back. I haven't lost hope yet, because Harneet herself said that Annika wouldn't take things lying down and her repeated attempts at defying Shivaay in the last few episodes makes me keep the faith.
Having said that, there is no harm in being proactive either. We don't have enough numbers to make a trend, but we can get some answers. It just needs a strategic method. So here is the breakdown. We need to message Harneet and Gul.
Harneet Singh's Twitter: (http://twitter.com/Harneetsin)
Harneet Singh's Instagram (http://instagram.com/Sufibaby)
Gul Khan's InstagramL (http://instagram.com/gulenaghmakhan)
Harneet responds on Twitter more often and Gul tends to respond on Instagram but leave no stone unturned, I say.
Secondly, don't message them with capital letters and endless emoticons. From what I've seen, they tend not respond to those kind of messages. They are viewed as rantings/ramblings/ravings of a fangirl and it is not taken seriously. Also they can be viewed as demanding, and all we get in return is the CVs trolling us.
There are actually only 2/3 questions that need to be asked repeatedly, and by a lot of us. That's it. Let's keep our comments and questions simple. No need to write long-winded posts while pouring all of our feelings about the Oberois and Tia because that won't get any response. We just need those two simple questions because answering those questions is a lot easier for the writers/CVs because it never gives away the plot. More importantly, it is not make a demand of the CVs,
There are only three questions that need answering:
1) Is Annika going to return to her ferocious self?
2) Is everyone going to find out about how Shivaay got Annika to agree?
3) When is Daksh returning?
Just stick to those questions. Reword them to suit your style, Twitter only has 140 characters so make it count. We use the hashtag called #AnnikasAutonomy to unify our voices, so we can be heard, loud and clear!
