BTW I am not sure but heard somewhere.

our laws mostly favor woman ,

and court won't allow for apply divorce within a year .
and will accept in extreme conditions of cruelty .
Then only Anika can apply Shivay have no favour here.

but mutual I don't know.

if it is true shivaay will not even let anika apply as her applying for divorce means Oberois ka idzatg ka oh my mata

I hope Gul mention real laws in this serial as shivaay and lawyers discussion so everyone know about it and it may help people in need who are not even aware of them but need some support that law can give which they are unaware

do u really think gul show will show reality ...sso dead lines so filmyand shivika can't separate so easily unless family support anika and set her free from clutches of sso 😆
