Mubarakan - Arjun Kapoor 1st look

The first look of Anees Bazmee's Mubarakan' is out and it's terrific! Arjun Kapoor will be seen in a double role - one character has a young stylish look, while the other role is that of a Punjabi sardar.

It'll be two back-to-back releases for Arjun next year. He will be seen in Mohit Suri's Half Girlfriend opposite Shraddha Kapoor, which will release in theatres on May 19. Followed by Mubarakan' also featuring Anil Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty. The film hits theatres on July 28.

With the younger generation of actors trying to make a mark and grow in the industry, it's films like Mubarakan' under directors like Anees Bazmee that can potentially be game-changers. When in form, Bazmee can make films that can not only bring in the family audience to theatres, but also take advantage of the reach of television. Some of his films like Welcome', No Entry' and Ready' have plenty of repeat-value.
