Ranveer watched her go, feeling the warmth that engulfed him for the few moments she was next to him lessen with every step she took. With a deep sigh, he sat on the bench nearby, staring up at the sky. His little Ippy. She was the one who frequented this place. He had rolled his eyes every time she told him she is taking off to the ashram, and teased her that she is only going there to sleep her days away. A small smile tugged the corner of his lips. How Ippy would have loved to be here, at this moment.

She might have even taken a liking to the Oberoi girl. Maybe.

Ranveer closed his eyes again, clenching his jaw. He had to get Priyanka out of his head. It was one thing to be hoarding her for information relevant to the accident, but it was a whole other thing to feel a deep sense of melancholy and loneliness set in when she walked away from him.

Giving up on the morning prayers for the day, Priyanka made her way to the gardens (nowhere near ACP, she didn't dare go near him), and started to take a walk. Maybe she would come back just in time for lunch, and then meditate for a while. Trying to calm her messy mind, she continued the walk. She had been so engrossed in her thoughts that she managed to slip, and fall to a heap on the ground.

Great going, Prinku, she thought to herself, and stood up, noticing the small bleeding wound on her left big toe, Sighing and shaking her head, she limped a little to the bench nearby, and began clearing it on her own with her dupatta. This should last till she gets the medical kit back at the ashram.

"Are you always this clumsy?" came a voice behind her, startling poor Priyanka.

Forgot to mention it earlier: what a cute name Ipshita/Ippy is 😆
