Clarification needed! Pls help

Hey guys,

So I have seen many posts and videos of shivaay dragging anika to the manado and taking rounds and getting married. And then I see posts saying that even after the wedding they are mad at each other.

Why would they both get married if so?
Why would anika let shivay drag her to the manado?
Why would he forceably marry her?

Please help me out..

Episode ke baad hi pata chalega. I just can't understand why shivaay will marry anika and why anika will agree. Both seems impossible.
