To the odd who said NZ won tourism awards coz SID

First let me clear it.

NZ wins tourism award for it's beauty, attractions and amazing appeal for people to visit.

NOT because of Sid. Like that is the most stupid stuff I've heard on here. Honestly. No shit.

NZ win tourism, economy, quality living awards annually because of the people here. Not coz of Sid.

NZ had Imran Khan doing what Sid is doing. No big deal. Sid will be replaced by another untalented odd.

It's about the environment, then I agree with him. Recent example is what happened in Delhi after Diwali. My brother is Environment Engg in India so, I know a thing or two. Industries are definitely being more regulated in order to protect environment. And govt is working towards it, introducing policies & Swachh Bharat initiative, building toilets etc.

But general public of India mostly doesn't care. Not generalizing coz India has huge population. Even if some Lakhs of people care for environment, that is still very small margin.

In some news I saw, new trains were inaugurated and within month, Indians trashed them so badly. Garbage everywhere. My father-in-law was travelling by train to Mumbai and he himself saw an NRI lady boasting about USA and then throwing waste under the seat. That's our attitude. If we visit other country, we are like.. wow they are so clean. Don't throw waste on road. But the minute we step in India, hey.. mere akele se kya farak padega. everyone does it so pollute it more. 🥱

😆 excatly nz is known for its tourism and beauty even before sid came into the citure
its always been the best tourist place

Why are you getting so worked up just because a member said that Sid contributed towards making the NZ tourism campaign a success? Everyone knows that NZ is a stunning place and an attractive destination for tourists, but it was the marketing and the way the campaign was carried out that also won awards. The campaign may well have won awards had other actors been a part of the ads. You could have made your point without the unnecessary jibe at the end.

Yes, people throw stuff around all over the place, even if a bin is a few steps away. Just a walk down a few streets of Delhi is enough to show that what he is saying is the unfortunate truth.
