The Internet is known to be unforgiving and pretty ruthless when it comes to calling somebody's wrongdoing out. Be it world leaders or the common man, Netizens have never stood back and watched quietly when somebody has been subjected to grave injustice. So, when a jilted lover wrote on a tattered Rs 10 note as a warning to people that "Sonam Gupta bewafa hai" (Sonam Gupta is unfaithful), it did not take the social media too long to pronounce her the face of all women who have been deceitful at one point or the other.

Joining them in support and against the said girl for leaving her lover all stranded and heartbroken, is comedy outfit AIB (All India Bakchod) with its series of memes against Sonam's injustice.

People on Twitter collectively started to hate Sonam for being so cold-hearted, and empathised with the spurned lover.

While it all started with somebody posting the picture of an old Rs 10 note in January 2016, with the introduction of Rs 2,000 currency, the Internet was reminded again of her vile ways by someone who wrote the message again on a new currency note!

Although it is absolutely illegal to write on Rs 2,000 notes, it seems the man had issued the warning in public interest in utmost pain and anger.

But after that, the Internet was filled with memes and trolls on Sonam's unfaithful ways, and the message was written on notes of other countries, because the Internet decided that nobody in the world should be unaware of Sonam's grave mistake!
