Has Aditya Chopra ever looked himself in the mirror? He has a nerve to tell Vaani to wait a few years to get the right role. Why not encourage her to do something different? Why did she stick to this waiting game? This Adi guy may have made a great movie in the name of DDLJ but as a personality he's such an idiot.

I'm not so sure. While the ADHM trailer wasn't well received in India or probably on social media, NRIs didn't dislike it. We had made up our minds to see the movie way before the trailer came out. I personally never doubted that ADHM would be a hit. It's KJo and he is honestly huge abroad. I can't tell you how loved K3G still is. And he always manages to pull off great casting which draws people in. People my age and younger aren't exactly fans of Aditya Chopra to be quite honest. DDLJ is somewhat dated (many haven't seen it) and he hasn't made anything super huge lately. He is also not in the limelight. While I'm not his biggest fan, I do think the only thing that can save this movie overseas at least, is Ranveer Singh.

Aditya Chopra is something else. I feel for these actresses who rely on his word in hope of a bollywood career. Vaani seems very talented. She was good in SDR and in Befikre she may not look as good as she could have but this girl certainly is trying her best to leave a mark. It shows in the trailer and songs. Hopefully the film works for her otherwise it's tough for actresses like her.

As far as Ranveer is concerned, I think the journalist is a moron for calling such antics sweet out of all things, but knowing whatever we know about Ranveer...I'm pretty sure Vaani did not mean bullying as in actual bullying. Probably jsut Ranveer being his over the top self.

That is not 'Sweet', Vani... though i kinda like RS sometimes, but bullying your colleagues, being mean with them, IS NOT sweet at all.

And what was Aditya thinking, making her wait for 3 years for this movie ?

We have such contracts and bonds in vfx industries too, that employers use to exploit employees.
