He stand by his single word. He still stand between Vividha & the pain. He still stand between Sujata & the world.
Sujata & Vividha completes him & we saw it already in the two times when he came back to normal.
Once, Ravish shouted on Sujata & ATHARV WAS BACK! 'Meri maa se uchi awaaz me baat nahi karna.. yahi gad dunga. Atharv Sujata abhi mara nahi hai'
Next, Vividha was ready to leave & he falls down, Vividha shouts in the exact manner as she did on the day of their wedding, he remembered the last time she left him on temple & recollected his 7th Vachan.
'Chahe sari duniya humare khilaf kyu na khadi ho jaaye.. mujhe apse koi door nahi kar sakta. Agar kisi hadse me hum alag ho bhi jate hai toh ATHARV SUJATA LAUT KE AYEGA! APKE PASS! APKE SAATH! YEH DUNIYA CHAHE KITNI BHI KOSHISH KAR LE MAIN MAUTH SE BHI LAD KE AUNGA!'

In reverse order they talk about their Re-UNION, their FIGHT, their TRUST IN HARDTIMES, their TOGETHERNESS!
Their reunion has happened. The fight is going on. Vividha is already fighting with the happenings. Atharva's mental state has actually created a huge distance between them, & she's ready to fight with it. Trust in the hard times, again its with Vividha's faith, patience will be actually tested throughout this journey. And togetherness will come at the end when she'll conquer all these difficulties led by the fate to her.
6th Vachan :
'TUMHARE AUR MERE BEECH FAANSLA PAIDA KARNE KA HAQ MAUTH KO BHI NAHI HAI'
5th Vachan :
'HUM EK DUSRE KA AAINA BANEGE! HUME EK DUSRE KA SACH BANNA HAI. AUR HUM EK DOOSRE SE KOI SACH NAHI CHUPANGE CHAHE WO BAT BATANA KITNA BHI MUSKIL KYU NA HO'
And remember Atharv's word 'AAP JO NAHI CHAHTI WO KABHI NAHI HOGA! AUR AAP JO CHAHE USSE TOH KHUDA BHI NAHI ROK SAKTA!'
4th Vachan :
'KISI BHI CHEEZ KI ZIMEDARI KISI EK PE NAHI HOGI.. AUR AGAR HUM YEH ZIMEDARI UTHATE HUE LADE.. TOH HUM LAD LENGE.. LEKIN SOORAJ DHALNE SE PEHLE HUM USS LADAI KO KHATAM BHI KAR DENGE'
3rd Vachan :
'HUM EK DUSRE KI SHAKTI BANENGE.. EK KAMZOOR HUA TOH DOOSRA USKE LIYE MAZBOOT HOGA.. MAIN GIRU TOH TUMHE MUJHE UTHANA HOGA AUR AGAR TUMNE THOKAR LAGE TOH MAIN TUMHE SAMBHALUNGI.. EK DOOSRE KE NAA HONE PAR EK DOOSRE KI ZIMEDAAYIAN BHI SAMBHALENGE..'
2nd Vachan :
'HUM EK DUSRE PE BHAROSHA KARENGE.. AUR HUMARA BHAROSA HUMARI ANKHON ME DEKHEGA.. NA KISI KI SOCH KA MOHTAAJ HOGA! WO BHAROSA HUMARE DIL KI AWAAZ HOGA.. HUMARA JISM CHAHE EK DOOSRE SE KITNA BHI DOOT KYUN NA HO.. HUMARI AATMAYEIN HUMESHA SAATH HONGI.. NA TOH KOI DOORI.. AUR NA KOI DARAAR.. HUME EK DUSRE SE KABHI BHI ALAG KAR PAYEGI'

These vacahans don't make sense if they were not supposed to be married. They need to have a role.
So what if, step by step, th flashes of the Vachans come into his mind, starts playing & replaying over & over again, might as well help him regaining his memory back!
Also one of the Vachans, has to happen in front of Suman, when she'll get to know about ViTharv's truth, (which I think Kalindi will bring out the truth, if Vipul is the imposter) & that's when the real struggle begins. Their fight against the society.
Their 1st vachan was that they will go against society & live for each other. EXACTLY WHAT IS REQUIRED TO CLAIM EACH OTHER.
