Jetha's employees have the world's best job. They work as per their own schedule, the uncle sanctions his own leave and then gets his nephew hired in the same shop. Later the nephew falls in love and Sethji pays for his engagement. His fiancee jumps in the shop every now and then and yet Sethij never fires him. Then they are also self invitee when it comes to any society function or jetha plans any trip. Also, whenever Bagha needs a financial help, Jetha has to help. Jetha has to finance Bagha for his Rakhi business and also needs to pay his commission before the customer had paid
BUT
now that its salary time, they are literally nagging Jetha over a stupid advice from another worker.I perfectly understand that they should get a salary hike but first they should get over this gharelu rishta and behave like professionals. Jetha should also avoid personal favours. Jetha calls them for everything. Not fair when its not their job profile and you personally discourage personal meetings of your employees.
However,On what basis does Bagha wants a hike ? Nattu Kaka has been working for a long time and he deserves it but Bagha was suppose to get commission on the repairing services and whatever electronics he sales. What happened now ? Also, they singled out Magan ? Why because he is not a rishtedar ?
