Sridevi and Madhuri hysteria can't be repeated. They enjoyed superstardom during their reigning years, plus they were known for their acting chops too.

After running neck to neck with Sri in early 90s, Madhuri raced ahead with HAHK as the former was slowing down.

Many of Madhuri's big hits have her in well received roles.

I don't think Ash had that much of an impact. She had big songs, a few successful roles... rest was all PR. Her last major sweeping acting win was in Devdas... after that there were a few successful roles here and there but always paling behind her contemporaries in those respective years... whether Rani ('04/05) Bebo, Kajol (06,07), PC (08) even Vidya ('10).

I personally feel she could have left a lot more impact, acting wise with the opportunities she got. No complaints in the dance and presentation department though. Undisputed there ⭐️

Madhuri Dixit was the last female superstar of BW. Probably the biggest female superstar ever. Not only was she paid more than male actors of her time, She completely overshadowed Anil Kapoor in Beta and ate Salman alive in Hum Aapke Hain Koun. Such was her charisma and craze at her peak. Her songs were rage. Ek do teen and Choli ke peeche were the show stealers in Tezaab and Khalnayak.

Comparing her stardom to someone so mediocre like Aishwarya is blasphemous, in my opinion.

Okay, i am a fan of madhuri, but if this makes you happy, then i wont say anything! lol

i find it really kiddish though amusing to put down ur fav for the sake of my fav 😆😆... so yes aishwarya box office superb 👏👏👏
