Translated it means

That atharv a is only responsibility

He's my brother not a burden n i have a right over him he's my responsibility

I don't think Ravish will know about ViTharv any time soon because Vividha madam has no plan to tell the truth and later sujata will be a hurdle she won't let the truth come out in front of him I think he is speaking these lines to Vividha , telling her about Atharv
